I strongly recommend not to choose this hotel. The staff was friendly thats about all. The hotel needs to get up to standards, it needs a serious facelift. Don't be deceived by how nice the photos are. If you want to go in class, stay at mandarin or regency. All the Best.

It's not on the beach and I didn't even try to walk it. Take a 5min trike (php50) to D-Mall and walk from there. The hotel itself is small and right off the main street so street noise will be heard from the room. When we first arrived there were many mosquitoes in the room but blasted the AC and they were all gone within an hour. The bathroom was unnecessarily […] too big which could have made more room for the main room. The power went out a couple times but came back on almost right away so we had to reset the setting for AC and find the channel we were watching again. The free breakfast was surprisingly good. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevators so lugging baggage was a hassle. I would recommend for couples traveling on a budget, not for big groups. I had an excellent time at Erus. The staff was extremely pleasant to deal with and always very helpful if I had any questions. It's located along the main road which I found to be a plus rather than a drawback. You can step outside the door get on a trike to D'Mall in no time at all. The rooms are […] cleaned daily with the staff waiting until you leave the hotel to try and clean, I slept late as I usually had long nights out, but never once was awoken to the noise of "Housekeeping." The breakfast is awesome and the pool is very well maintained. I couldn't have been happier during my stay. I had heard before that the philippines is somewhat notorious for the staff lifting valuables, absolutely not the case at Erus, I left my ipod, laptop, and other valuables sitting out in the open in my room constantly and they were always as I left them. I even left money to tip the maid each day but they would never take the money, maybe that's not really a philippine custom, I eventually began just leaving smaller denominations so they would accept. This hotel was well below my expectations according to the photos. It was rated 4 star so i was extremely disappointed as it was more like 2 star. The room we stayed in was tiny, the glass wall dividing the bed from the bathroom was completely see through so you had no privacy to even go to the toilet!!! The bathroom stunk so bad as well, the sewerage […] system was obviously in need of great repair! Our bed linen barely got changed in the 10 days we were there! Our package included breakfast and dinner, the breakfast was very basic, bread was stale and we got food poisoning from there on the 3rd day! Dinner was at a dirty 'restaurant' up the road, food there was horrid! So we ate elsewhere for the duration. Great customer service, really friendly and helpful, close to white beach. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures. Needs a total refurb, grotty finish. 우선 스테이션3쪽에 붙어있고, 직원분들은 모두 친절했습니다. 清潔感のある広い部屋ですが、メインロード沿いなので騒音が凄いのとwifiが部屋で使えないのが残念。長期滞在には向いていないが、近くに小さなお店があるので、飲み物等買うのには便利。朝食と夕食が含まれているのを考えるとかなりお得。

Forusatt at det er voksne personer er dette et ok hotell. Det er ikke heis, så man må kunne gå trapper. Det er mye støy i området, fra veien som går utenfor. Greit nok om man bare skal bruke hotellet til å sove. Ok rom. Relativt nært stranden. Hyggelig betjening.

ホワイトビーチ沿いではありませんが、ホテルから歩いて5～10分でホワイトビーチに出られるので、立地は悪くないと思います。メインロードに面しているので、Ｄモールに行くにも便利です。騒音は特に気になりませんでした。お部屋は広くはありませんが、清潔で可愛らしくまとまっています。ただ少し狭いので、大きな荷物を持っていくと置き場所に困るかもしれません。それ以外は不便に感じることはなかったので、オススメできるホテルです。
