My only concern was the food. I think it was better than most place I saw and there were some dishes on the menu that were good but overall it just not what I expected.

Best Western Boracay Resort has its good ammeities and rooms are clean. There only fall back is the wifi connectivity is really bad. Unless you are planned to be totally 'cut-off' on connectivity and solely on vacation-this is a perfect place and resort. There is no 24hrs room service and the no variety of food serve at the restaurant.

I would give Best Western Tropic a solid B. The room was ok,the pool area was very nice,and the breakfast buffett was good. Room serivce was very good. My only complaint was that the bed was too firm,but this seems to be a problem at all Filipino hotels,even 4 star hotels in Manila.

Hotel is located about 3 minutes from White Beach. Be prepared that the walk is not very scenic, though. It is down a potholed brick road that floods when it rains, and you'll be dodging tricycles and motorbikes. However, that description applies to most of the hotels near White Beach. There are lots of restaurants, etc., within easy walking distance. […] It's also easy to hire a tricycle at the the hotel's front entrance. These will take you anywhere on the island for a few dollars. The hotel provided a convenient airport transfer from Caticlan, which is a good idea if you've never been to Boracay before. For the price we paid, our room was ok. We had a pool view, but some of the rooms overlook what is literally a huge dirt pile. Breakfast was also good for the price we paid. The spa staff were very friendly and professional. You can get a cheaper massage on the beach, but it's more relaxing to get it at the hotel since it's air conditioned and quieter. The front desk staff was friendly, unless you did not follow their policies precisely. For instance, you have to leave a deposit for beach towels. Fine, but they got very upset that we didn't return our receipt with the towels. It seems unreasonable to ask people to carry a receipt around the beach all day. We also didn't have our Expedia printout when we checked in, and they were very annoyed, even though I had my credit card, ID, and itinerary number. The Best Western Tropics was pleasantly surprising! We didn't know what to expect but had a lovely stay for 6 days - the staff were always so friendly and always nearby to serve you. The beds were comfortable and the room was always cleaned up every day. There was also a tv with many channels. The bathroom was modern and really nice. The pool is lovely to lie beside and relax and also we enjoyed swimming in it. The breakfast was buffet, quite a variety of food every morning. The location is good because it is not noisy and it's a good walk to D'mall and anything you need is in walking distance or you can get a tricycle if you don't want to walk. The Hotel was in great compound and has a great variety of rooms to suit your purpose. My only concern is that some of the de-luxe rooms are too close to the road and you couldn't even open your balcony door/window because of the noise. We only stayed here for one night. Overall, i am satisfied with the service. Hotel staffs were all actively helpful. However, try to request the room that faces the garden or pool. Rooms face the street could annoy you with noises at night time.

We spent 5n here and overall we were v.happy with the hotel. The location is excellent. It is a very short walk to the beach, there is a discount store/supermarket across the road (Price Rite) and an ATM just a minute away. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. But the biggest down-fall was the air-con. It was a hole in the wall variety that even on full (all day and night) only just managed to take the edge of the heat. To make it worse, the housekeeping staff would turn it down when they cleaned the room. The pool is not large by any means BUT it is cold, has beautiful gardens, was not busy (most people at beach I guess) and has a gradual entry at one end which made it good for my 4yo. We stayed at this hotel for six nights and had a great time. Let's start with the good things: the hotel is quite large with a nice swimming pool in the middle of the garden. Our room was facing the swimming pool, so we had no problems with the surrounding traffic. The room was large, nice bed, tv with lots of american and international channels, nice […] bathroom and lots of shelves to keep your things on. There was also an in-room safety box, which we highly appreciated. The room was clean even though we constantly kept bringing in sand from the beach. We tried out the breakfast buffet a couple of times and have no complaints, there was a large variety of different foods and drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Housekeeping tried waking us up early on our first day, but they learned that we like to sleep longer so they didn't come knocking anymore. The bad things: the aircon was probably slightly faulty and was very very loud. We had to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep. The hotel is not located directly on White Beach, you actually have to walk for a few minutes. We didn't mind because we wanted to have a hotel with a swimming pool, but the street leading to White Beach was always very dark and smelly. We didn't feel unsafe, but uncomfortable. Especially after rain when there were big puddles all over and you had to look down all the time to try to avoid them. It might be good to carry a lamp or torch of some kind. We ended up taking tricycle rides just to avoid the walk. Read more

Food was not good tho. staffs are there tried to be nice and kind, but couldn't get a proper help. location is not bad, but it was really scared to go out after 6pm. it is on the main road but can not see the sea view also had to walk 5mins to seawall.

1박을 해서 그런지는 몰라도 메인로드 바로 앞의 방을 주어 밤새 오토바이 소리 때문에 잠을 한숨도 자지 못했습니다. 베란다와 메인로드가 붙어있었기 때문에 커튼을 열어보지도 못하고 수영복을 건조시킬 곳도 없었네요. 그점이 너무 별로였습니다.

客房很寛敝也有陽台.且二張單人床皆很大..房間內也很乾淨舒適.且地理位置也優越.但缺點是服務員替換一些用品較慢.且早餐內容好像沒有什麼太大差別.容易讓人吃膩.但整體來說這家飯店很不錯..值得推薦.

当地人都知道的酒店，位置还不错离dtalipapa很近，顺着酒店旁边的小路 步行5分钟到海边。不满意的地方是晚上10点以后停热水，不能洗澡，这对玩的比较晚的人来说就很不方便啦。还有借沙滩巾和雨伞都是要收押金的。总的来说还不错，客房和洗手间够大，住着很舒服。性价比高，下次去长滩还会考虑住这家。

酒店环境、地点都很好，唯一的缺点就是临近马路一侧的房间噪音太大，因为是窗式空调，几乎直接把马路上三轮摩托车的巨大的噪音传入房间，夜间也是如此。所以一定要选择朝向花园的房间。
