Being a quite critical traveler, there was really nothing bad to say about this hotel. Only thing was we had the faucet drain problem and they never completely fixed it. We stayed for 5 days. Overall experience was great. We had joyful time in swimming pools, in the sea, and on the beach. One of the advantages of Hyatt is that it's very near to Bali Collection, just 5 or 10 minute walks depending on the village (Hyatt has 4 villages) you stay. Bali Collection has a supermarket (Co Co), a department store, and especially many restaurants. When you get tired of Hotel foods or want to have chief ones, restaurants in Bali Collection would be a good solution. The buffet for breakfast was good but felt like something is missing. Rental bicycles seem worn-out, but anyway we were able to ride them. To Kuta, it took about 25 minutes and 60000 IDR (or $7) by taxi (with a very good traffic condition). Okay just to keep this review very simply I'm going to briefly decribe the pro and cons of our stay at the Grand Hyatt in Bali, Indonesia. My wife and I stayed there for 3 days before heading to Jarkata then back home to New York. Cons: - Very,very long walk to the room. - Room had a musty smell like it had not been used/clean/aired out in months. - […] Room TV was from 1985. - Room only had two towels. - Most activities were quite far from the room. - They never informed us of the additional charges to the credit card for beverages until we checked out. - There was a guest bed in the room that was filty. - Drinks, food were surprisely more expensive than in New York. - When we arrived one staff greeter seemed disappointed and did not smile. - Very disappointed and we feel this was absolutely NOT a five star hotel as we've have experienced with other hotels. good hotel, big with 600 rooms but through the wonderfull gardens a lot of privacy. The hotel is just great. There is a shopping center right across the stress called Bali Colection where you will find several restaurants with good menus all of them including also a Starbucks. Some store also are located where you can find good stuff including also a super market and a place to find many many local sovenirs with rasonable prices. Grand Hyatt is just paradise!! My husband and I went for my 40th birthday, and it was everything i thougfht it would be. Hotel lovely and staff all very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Beaches gorgeous, pools gorgeous, and all grounds of the hotel gorgeous. Just a shame we had to come home. Drinks a bit pricey in the hotel.

ビーチがそばにあるうえ、プールも広く、滑り台は大人でも十分楽しめる。緑に囲まれ、総面積が広い為、人口密度がとても低く感じ、人ごみのごちゃごちゃを経験することはなかった。また、近くにはバリコレクションというショッピングセンターがあり、食事もそこでできる。（私はあまり使わなかったが）日本人スタッフも親切に対応してくれた。レストランの数がもう少しあればいいと思ったが、バリコレクションのおかげで問題なかった。ウブドなど島中心部の寺やその他観光をするにはやや不便な場所かもしれないが、島最南端への観光（寺＆ケチャックダンス）はそれなりに堪能できた。ビーチ＆プール＆ダイビングなど水辺中心に楽しみたい人には、空港からも比較的近く、良いホテルではないかと思う。

チェックアウト時に、使用していないインターネット代金と飲み物代（1件）を請求されました。フロントにサイン入りのレシートが回っていなかったため、確認もできませんでしたので、その場で支払うことがなく、後から確認してメールで連絡があるようです。 せっかくホテルライフを楽しんだのに、最後がこれでは印象が悪くなるばかりです。 清算のチェックは正確にお願いしたいものです。

房间很紧张，我们对拿到的一楼房间不满意，因为阳台就在池塘边，怕孩子不安全。酒店态度很好、前后给我们多看了３个房间，其中两个还是升了级的。最后一个房间是经理拿着钥匙追过来带我们去看的，虽然未升过级，但正符合我们一家子的需求，皆大欢喜。服务真心好，感恩！

クラブに５泊６日宿泊。インドネシアということを考慮しても全てのサービスに時間が掛かり過ぎ、オーソドックスなカクテルも作れない、一流ホテルとしてのサービスに？マーク。チェックアウト前日にトラベルデスクを利用しましたが約束された設備がなく、最終的にキャンセル。無駄な移動、無意味な交渉、不快な待ち時間でバカンスが台無しになりました。英語、日本語両デスクに事情を説明しましたが、チェックアウトの際も何の説明もお詫びもありませんでした。メインテナンスはされているが設備も古くダイナミックさに欠ける。唯一の救いはビーチのスポーツデスクの対応が良かったこと。

家族で二度目のグランドハイアットバリでした。今回はオーダーしてなかったけどオーシャンビューにしてもらえ、景色もとっても良かったです。 部屋も清潔で気持ち良く、水回りも前回に続き茶色の水も出ず大丈夫でしたよ。 （割と口コミで錆水だとか排水溝の匂いが・・なんて口コミがありますが、３年前も今月もそんなことはまったくなかったです。） それに、wifiを滞在中ずっとつないでたのですが、約1500円/１日×４日分＝6000円相当を、チェックアウト時に払おうとした時にゴールドパスポート見せたらタダにしてくれました☆ （いったん明細を出さはったんですが、あ、ゴールドパスポート会員ですよね？ではタダにしますので明細出しなおします、と向こうから言ってくれました） また、早朝ツアーに行く時に朝食をテイクアウト […] BOX頼んだら、ウインクしながら「子供たちのパンおまけしときましたよ」って優しく渡してくれました。 相変わらずグランドハイアットは快適なホテルだと思いました。 またバリに行く際には利用すると思います。 Read more

口コミがわりと良かったので宿泊を決めましたが、サービスがいまいちでした。二日目のシャンプーやリンス等が補充されておらず、電話で催促して持ってきてもらいました。高級ホテルであれば最初から2，3本ずつ置いてあってもいいはずなのに、大人2人、子供2人の合計4人で宿泊するように部屋がセッテイングされているのにもかかわらず、1本ずつしか置いてありませんでした。また部屋に備え付けの冷蔵庫の中が水びたしになっていて、冷えてない感じだったので、エンジニアを呼んで見てもらいましたが、問題なし、これ以上は冷えないので、中に入れた飲み物は明日には冷えるだろうと言われました。セーフティボックスを使用しようとしたら、閉まっていて使えず、またエンジニアを呼ぶ羽目に・・・・。宿泊客が来る前に部屋の備品がきちんと使えるかど […] うかチェックするのはホテル側の義務だと思うのですが。また、電話しても人がすぐに来なくて、もう一度、催促の連絡をすると、やっと来る感じで、だいぶ待たされました。 Read more

カビ臭い部屋があるとの情報を受けて、 e-mail を事前に送るものの、反応なしチェックインしたら、１階のじめじめした部屋に通され、文句を言ったら、５階の部屋にかえてもらった。また、チェックインの時に、「料金に含まれるサービスは他にどんなのがあるのか？」と聞いたときに　「何もない、すべて有料。」との回答。実際にはフィットネスクラブや、ヨガなどの活動など、いろいろとあったことが後から判明。チェックアウトの時にマネージャーと思われる方にフィードバックしたら、丁重に謝罪していただき、若干の値引きをしてくれたところは、一応評価したい。

ホテル入口を入ると真正面に海が見え、とても開放的でした。ロビーもたくさんソファーがあってゆったりしてました。我が家はクラブだったので専用のデスクで座ってチェックインできました。プールは6つあるとガイドブックに書いてありましたが、離れている所やクラブ専用などで、メインは2つくらいでした。スライダーは子供用かと思っていましたが、大人もできました。
