The Hotel is located in a party part of the town Patra right on the square and very close to the port. Parking for your car is extra however very... inexpensive. You need a GPS to find the hotel as the area is very congested and is high in auto and pedestrian traffic . The website does not explain that you must walk to the Byzantine hotel to check in which is only 50 Meters away but inconvenient if you do not know this.You also take your meals at the Byzantine. Bathroom is tiny! The Greek Community allows smoking everywhere including in all restaurants even though against the law ...a bummer for non smokers. The hotel is lovely and the complimentary breakfast buffet is a wonderful addition. The rooms are very comfortable with a byzantine flair of royal plushness and decor.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Great room with good breakfast. Only information that would be helpful to other travellers is that the reception to this hotel is actually based around the corner about 20 metres away.
