The iron had something melted on it and when I asked for another one I again had to go downstairs to get it. "Rude front desk staff"
The hotel front desk staff were rude, rude, rude. I had prepaid for 2 nights, and showed them my receipt upon arriving. The second day, I returned to the hotel to find I had been locked out of my room. Staff members, both male and female were very accusatory and insisted they see my ID and credit cards. I was not about to give them access to my credit […] card, as I had already paid, and all of my belongings were locked up in my room. They were not interested in listening to my information, until I finally retrieved my original receipt and paperwork from my car. Then they realized it was a mistake on their part and finally apologized. I was humiliated in front of other people. I believe their attitude toward me was racially motivated. "A Middle-of-the-Road Hotel"
I found this to be what I would call a middle-of-the-road hotel. Nice but not really nice in terms of the condition of the building and room. The service was good but not super special. "Wont stay here again"
