Quality of the hotel was excellent. I did experience a problem on arrival as the reception was unattended and closed. Other guests who arrived after 7pm had received a text explaining entry procedures but I did not receive this text despite the hotel having my number. I think I was luck to eventually gain access to my room. Car parking was an extra […] charge. My experience that it is a good facility but in my case was let down by thoughtless service. Hotel tres propre récent. Par contre pour moi (maman seule pour ce voyage avec bébé et enfant de 4 ans pas de lit bebe à l'arrivée comme demandé lors de la réservation) dans ce cas, vous ne pouvez joindre personne car la réception de la residence est fermée le weekend. Votre seul recours : appeler un No spécial oú vous tombez sur une plateforme téléphonique […] qui ne peut pas faire grand chose pour vous! Je vous déconseille de réserver cet hôtel à la dernière minute le vendredi car pas de possibilité de parking non plus (en sus) et pas de petit déjeuner possible car il se réserve lui aussi avant le vendredi soir. "Super emplacement, bonne qualité, service médiocre"
Je garde une bonne impressions de la résidence-hôtel de Béziers et surtout du concept général. De plus près, le service était très médiocre (absence de matériels et de services prévu sur la fiche de réservation, attente interminable de 24h pour avoir un service). L'emplacement n'est pas pratique pour ceux qui ont une voiture à stationner en journée […] et en nuit (le parking ne peut accueillir que 40 voitures pour plus de 100 chambres, l'hôtel est en centre-ville). Malgré tout cela, le personnel est très accueillant, et les chambres sont de bonnes qualités. La proximité de la mer Méditerranée, des villes du Sud (Montpellier, Agde, Sète, Perpignan), des parcs nationaux et du patrimoine du Languedoc dans les terres, fait de la résidence-hôtel un logement idéal pour se poser l'été pour un tarif très abordable. Question rapport qualité prix, le prix est raisonnable. Pour autant, impossible de se déplacer dans la chambre sans fermer le canapé lit, la télé n'a pas cessé de débloquer et le logement manquait cruellement de vaisselle. On aurait bien aimé avoir des serviettes propres à disposition et on trouve regrettable que ni le WIFI ni le parking ne soient inclus […] dans le tarif. Correct mais pas extraordinaire non plus. "Appart City Beziers - Stad med potensial .."
Appart City Beziers, hyfsat läge i en stads kärna. Har inget och klaga på förutom bäddsoffan, den va hemsk. Jätte fina rum och inredning, men soffan skulle ha varit en säng. Staden över lag tycker jag va mysig men skulle kunna bli väldigt mycket bättre om dom fick behålla turisterna som flyger till Beziers. Men folk flyger bara dit och rör sig sedan […] vidare, jag förstår varför efter att ha varit i staden i 5 dagar. Att majoriteten av folket inte kan kommunicera på engelska är nog mitt största minus..
