I stayed for 6 days and the breakfast was the same everyday,looks like leftover scramble eggs and sausage,everyday. Broken finger nail with red nail polish on the bathroom floor was on the bathroom floor, everyday i go out the room gets cleaned but the nail was still there. had to asked for wash cloth everyday. My bill was paid in full before check-in. I could not check in until I gave them $150.00 for a cleaning fee. It was too late to cancel,so I have to give them $150.00. "Wasnt like the first time."

Hotel was lovely in terms of location, convenience, and cleanliness. However there was extremely loud music Saturday night, loud enough to rattle the walls until 1:30am. As a racetracker who chose the hotel because it was close to Woodbine, being kept awake that late was very disappointing. I was not overly impressed with this hotel. We wanted to walk over to the track for the day, asked the woman who worked at the desk what the best way to go was. All she said was "I would take a cab" so we just went and the walk was 15 minutes - really not necessary to take a cab! When we got back to the hotel we realized that our fridge wasn't working […] so I called the front desk to let them know. He came up, plugged it in a different outlet and said "it should work now". Well it didn't. When i let them know in the morning that it still wasn't working, the same guy who came to fix it was at the desk, he just gave me a blank stare and said the most insincere "sorry" i have ever heard. The breakfast was pretty bad, but then again, so are most in any hotel so that's not anything to be worried about. Checked in late evening was assigned a room that the bed wasn't made tub was dirty the water bottle they had in the room was opened. Went to front desk. "Terrible customer service"
I was appalled at the response I got to my second request to reset the Internet, that kept going out. The clerk told me that it was my computer's fault I couldn't get Internet, because he hadn't had any other complaints. He said I would have to use the cable provided under the desk. When I told him there was no cable, he became very rude, practically […] called me a liar, and proceeded to talk over me. I immediately called hotels.com and they transferred me to another hotel. I would give this hotel 1.5 stars, not 2.5. The walls are paper thin, and with no white noise in our room, we did not appreciate hearing everything else that was happening in the hotel all night - like the 'frisky' couple in a nearby room. The hotel was very nice and clean. But our overall stay was not great. The room was too warm, and the air conditioner was not working. When we asked the staff to help, the gentleman was very nice, but was unable to resolve the issue, and informed us that he "tried" to switch us rooms, but that the hotel was "full". Very noisy hotel. Late arrivals at hotel = lot of noise when the rooms are not well insulated…. A lot of door slamming (wrong tension on doors). The wing that I was staying was suppose to be a not smoking area but I could smell smoke during the night. A very bad experience at this hotel. Zweckdienlich zum An- oder Abflug , aber ohne Auto wäre in der Umgebung wenig geboten. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu finden.
