The rooms are really small, the beds are not queen size they are full and very low and uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny, can't even move in it. The hotel employees are very rude and so stingy. We asked for towels they gave us attitude both times and barely wanted to give us any. They don't have good hotel service at all. No privacy curtains on window. 1 facecloth. Marks/stains on marble floor that looked like old vomit. No occasional chair. Pillows sized for infants with no larger ones available. No assistance with luggage in or out. Light bulbs out. Cable TV did not have basic channels viewable in that the channel (for example CTV) had so much static and "electrical" […] interference it was non watchable. It was an inside room, the window faced a banquet room. Felt like a fire trap! We had to switch rooms, because it was so warm.The cooling unit would not work. $20 for Shuttle each way to YYZ, Also waited 50min after I called, even though they told me 20 min. They also told me wait for Sky Shuttle and Skyway shows up, how would I have known? They never told me about the fee until I got to the hotel and they said I should have asked. Next day I took taxi, $19.50, same cost as the shuttle. breakfast is absolute […] joke, bread (no toaster), coffee (no decafe), jam and that is it. So YYZ travelers, add to the hotel fee $40 for the shuttle and you will be better off at another hotel close by. oh, the room was cold when I got in, good that the heater was working and was able to heat the room comfortably. When we first entered the room it looked great. Then when it was time for bed we pulled back the sheets and there was a used condom in the bed. The front desk man gave us a new room and the carpet was filthy. Breakfast was to be a 6am and was not ready until almost 9am.

There are two types of room, one type faces outside so the window can be opened; the other type faces inside of the hotel, and the window can't be opened, so the air in it are horrible. The room is so small and the air conditioner is extremely noisy.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. I needed an airport hotel for an overnight stay. When I checked in at 4 pm there were large numbers of people arriving for some event at the attached banquet hall. The front desk mentioned that the hotel was full. By 6 pm there were crowds of people roaming the halls with open liquor, swearing, yelling […] and causing a disturbance. The front desk was still coping with the check ins and I left for dinner. When I returned later that evening I felt unsafe walking through the parking lot. People were drunk, walking around with open liquor and I saw one fight break out. Once in my room there was a continual party going on in the halls with people milling from room to room, with more drunken, loud obnoxious behaviour. I called the front desk to complain and the hotel clerk came into the hallway and asked the guests to go into their rooms. They refused and physically pushed the clerk out of the hall. At this point the hotel should have called the police. The disturbance continued well past 1:00 am. Had I not prepaid for the room I would have left for another hotel. When I left in the morning the hotel staff were picking up empty bottles from the hall and the police were there. I do intend to follow up with hotel management when I return home. The staff was unfriendly, the room was not cleaned properly. There was a package of cigarettes left on the floor by the window from the previous guest who stayed in the room and housekeeping never picked it up even after cleaning our room 3 times and us complaining about it. What else didn't they clean? The food was terrible and we had to eats breakfast […] some place else, even thought we booked this hotel because breakfast was included. The staff at this hotel was very good, one of the best I've ever seen. the very first room that we got was not clean, the sheet had stain, the carpet was dirty. the second room was just a bit better, the carpet was out dated, the furniture looks like it was just picked up for from a junk yard, one of the stool I had to push it in a corner becasue it […] was broken. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. I stayed in room 117. This was a really loud room, with little privacy , right beside an outdoor exit, no outdoor facing window and you can actually see people passing in the hallway from your bed. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful when I asked to switch. As a single female traveller I felt really unsafe.

rooms: large but due to dark brown colour dark and old fashion; under the beds very dirty (dust, spiderwebs, meal rests). breakfast: only a few tables - if you have breakfast later than others you first have to clean a table; bad quality - only sausages but no bacon, scrambled eggs not from fresh eggs but from a prepaired pack and so is the taste, […] juice of course not fresh but from a plastic gallon. staff: I requested a room on the upper floor and got one on the ground floor, I ask to change but I was told all fully booked but there were only a few cars on the parking place, at check in I was told my expedia reservation is in the computer, at check out I was told there is no reservation in the computer and I had to pay again with credit card (it was refunded later). summary: one of many motels close to the airport but the included breakfast is not a reason to stay here. The hotel was fine. The problems started once I got home and looked at my visa statement. An extra room charge was added to my statement. I've left messages for the manager three times, with no return call. I think this is bad customer service and I will never stay here again.

Be aware there is an attached banquet hall. Sunday night wedding had guests opening noisy fire doors to go outside at 2am Monday morning. Woke us up. Went on for a half an hour. We stayed Friday night also (out of town on Saturday). Booked both nights at same time as we were coming in from out of town. Different room each night, only window in each […] room faced into a room(!) used for breakfast overflow. Sheets in both rooms had stains. Poor lighting in bathroom - one light above mirror. No vent in either bathroom. Found a hairpin and unidentified soil on floor in second bathroom. We had a reservation for two rooms. One room with a king bed was good. The other was two queen beds. We got two double. They could not do anything because they had a party in the conferance hall. That night, we did not sleep at all. Because of the party, people were coming up an down the stairs instead of using the elevator.
