The hotel is about 6 blocks to city center. Far enough to be very quite and close enough to enjoy walking to downtown or the waterfront. Roof top views made for some great pictures. Hotel feels like a throwback to the 80's style but obviously kept in great condition. Close to key spots ... can walk to Eaton Centre and gay village, also the subway is close. Room looked nice but had an odd smell, as if someone has smoked in the room previously. Hotel sent cleaning staff to freshen the air which helped a little. Overall not the best hotel I've stayed in, but OK for the price and convenience.

Was my 3rd time to stay here, and always a great stay. Love the rooftop hot tubs & videos on the big screen at night. Close to Dundas Square. Wonderful location for walking to many downtown sites.

Went with family (3 kids) for a long weekend. Location was good (not great). Included breakfast was good. Beds were kind of uncomfortable. Would consider going back, but would look for other locations first. Pool and roof-top hot tubs were a hit!

We stayed as a family of 4 for one night and found this hotel and its amenities to be perfectly satisfactory. The kids loved the pool. The room was clean and contained a refrigerator, DVD players, and a sofa-bed that was fine for 2 small boys. The king-size bed was just okay, the mattress was very worn and not supportive. The hotel package that we purchased […] came with a buffet breakfast, which was very good: an enormous selection of hot and cold breakfast foods, also fresh fruit. The wait staff was very attentive. We had to pay for parking, but the parking structure is conveniently incorporated in the lower level of the hotel, so we never had to be out in the cold weather. I was throughly impressed with my room. So nice throughout and felt like it was worth the price. Staff was very friendly as well. Katherine checked me in and was very professional and friendly and the other girls at the desk were also very pleasant.

About 4 blocks from Dundas Square and the subway station. The full buffet breakfast was included ($ a $17.00 value). A Tim Horton restaurant was about to open on the corner of Dundas and Jarvis. We were three adults in the one bedroom suite, and while it is not spacious it is very comfortable, clean, well-priced and well appointed, with a seperate room that closed off, and a small kitchen area. This is actually a pretty great hotel depending on the price you get. Mostly nit picking here... Thermostat was inconsistent and was hard to get the room to cool without window open over night. While in hot tubs on the roof which were pretty cool, they fired up the outdoor movie screen above it with fairly loud sound - on some Much Music lame drama […] - while it was raining and I was the only one up there...location was decent, a short walk to most things one would need (10 mins or so) but really appeared to be very little within a block or two...like I say, not a bad place at all, just would be my back up plan if I can't find decent rates at a few other places. Loved the rooftop hot tubs, great rooms, friendly service, didn't make it down for the complimentary breakfast but the free wi-fi was very handy, they were accommodating to a late check-out for us which was much appreciated... We'll be back!

An excellent stay. The hotel was all it said it was in its description. The customer service was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. The room was clean and spacious enough but the bed was terrible and didn't get much sleep because of it. The hot tub on the roof was nice but would be good to know they don't stock towels up there. The breakfast the next day was excellent in the hotel!

This hotel is my favorite in Toronto. Their staff are superb, very professional, helpful and proactive. The rooms are comfy and all have fridge/microwave kitchenette. Rooms have 12 foot ceilings, small attractive bathrooms and good water pressure. Large tasty breakfast buffet served until 10:30.
