j'ai toujours eu l'habitude de dormir dans des hotels campanile je suis fidèle avec plus de 10 ou 15 nuits par mois ... c'est le pire que j'ai eu comme hotel ;;; vieux, mal entretenu, poils dans la salle de bain et sur serviette , sanitaire très habimé .... très très très decu ...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"très mal organisé"
On est arrivé vers 12h. votre réception nous a dit de retourner vers 14h puis que la chambre n'est pas nettoyée mais on peut laisser notre affaire dans la chambre. On est retourné vers 15h. La chambre n'est toujours pas nettoyée et la recéption nous a dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire! Avec 2 enfants , ce n'est pas facile de se palader tous le temps […] de hors quand il faut chaud! et votre petit déjeuné, il n'y a rien de rien. il faut faire 20mins de queue pour prendre un 1/16 de baguette.
