We stayed here on a drive back to Vancouver from California. It was a very convenient location. Room was a great size and the front desk people were very engaging. Room was clean and bed was adjustable (soft/hard) so that was nice. Weren't really in the room much- just staying one night. There are those of us that are night owls, with that being said the maids should have a system to rely on. The maid knocked on our door to clean, and I let her know to come by at a later time (there were four of us staying, and only 3 towels were provided). We left our room around 11:30 am. When we returned to our room it had not been cleaned. I then […] had to locate the supervisor to request our room to be cleaned. The next day we simply put our do not disturb sign up. We have not had this problem at other hotels, the maids watch for when we leave and then clean our room, never bothering us. Also the restraunt should have longer hours, what is the rush? I chose to stay at the Hilton because it was close to our baseball tournament,it was three stars, and had good reviews. I am happy with that decision. The hotel was very nice and the pool area was enjoyable too. Our family only stayed one night, Thanksgiving night but we liked the hotel a lot. It is very clean, modern and super quiet. Could not hear traffic, neighbors, or even toilet flushing from outside bathroom.
