The Holly House is a lovely Victorian Home situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were so pleasant and friendly. We really enjoyed sitting around the dining room table with them and other guests at the simple but enjoyable breakfast. This is a great place to stay. It is a house - full of character - which is located in idyllic surroundings. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Tom and Rita - the congenial hosts. They are wonderful people and immediately create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a real taste of America at its best - embodying all of the politeness and […] friendliness that you could wish for. It did not feel like arriving at a guest house - it felt like arriving at the home of old friends. And, in fact, by the time our stay was over - it did, indeed, feel like leaving old friends. In addition, the location provides an excellent base for exploring Cape Cod. The guest house is easy to find - giving an ideal opportunity to settle and familiarise oneself with the surroundings, before setting out to explore the delights of Cape Cod. However, wherever you visit, it is equally a delight to return to Tom and Rita's warm welcome. Breakfast is spent in their company and Rita home bakes many of the offerings on the very morning that they are served. In short, great place and great people. My advice - don't be afraid to indulge in conversation as, between them, I doubt that there are many subjects that one of them would not be able to cover. And - even if they don't know - they both personify that wonderful American trait of being genuinely interested in learning new things. Wholly recommended. Read more

Rita and Tom were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome at their B & B. The room was a good size, bed was very comfortable, shower was hot and breakfast was delicious.
