I must say that I was very surprised with the condition and care that is taken at this small roadside-type motel. From my first call to let the desk... know that I would be late, the level of personal service surprised me. the place was immaculate and Mary, at the desk is a GEM!The rooms are quiet, secure and made a woman staying alone, overnight enroute to another destination, very, very comfortable. Delightful stay...from the reception when I arrived through my stay the staff was wonderful, the hotel exceeded my expectations and it was quiet as advertised. I will stay there again. The breakfast was sufficient (better than most places you stay) but a little light. Good quality muffins though!

This is a good quiet place away from home to spend a weekend or to stop for a night. You even can do some work using the internet. Everyting works and is clean. Pick up free map at lobby and go to the Falls with no prblem. Meanwhile they clean your room. And the lobby girl has good sence of humor.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, we got in late but the lady at the front desk was super nice, friendly and helpful. My daughter and I stayed in for the night and watched tv and had a great sleep. The photos of the rooms don't do them justice. I can't get over how nicely decorated they are! And how comfortable the chairs, couch, and bed were! Incredible! It's an older "motor court" style design, all the room doors lead directly outside, most open onto the parking lot. Lots of restaurants within walking distance - none in the hotel itself. Although […] they do have breakfast pastries and muffins in the morning. The rooms have decent coffee and To Go cups, but no lids. I heard some loud water-flow noise from time to time, it didn't bother me but I could see it driving someone more sensitive crazy. My room's main window had a view of the river and marshes. My wife and I only stayed 1 night but the room was perfect. The staff was great and well worth the price. I fully recommend the Capri Inn.

The room, and bed in particular, was exceptionally comfortable. Decor was a tad dated, but didn't affect the comfort. Coffee maker and mini-fridge were an unexpected bonus! The hotel was super-easy to find... immediately off the QEW. Sounds unappealing, but once the room door was closed, you couldn't hear a thing from outside!

Our room was clean, comfortable and attractive with a great water view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located for St. Catherines and for Niagara Falls.

When I first booked the hotel I liked the pictures, but when I drove up to it I was slightly disappointed because it's older looking then the pictures showed. But the lady at the front desk was super friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean, and the shower wasn't low pressure. the hotel is weel kept,, the rooms are clean, the staff is nice. It is located not very near the niagara falls but not too far.
