Overall stay was good. The breakfast was good, dining area looks clean and tidy. The floor where we stayed was quiet but my friend stayed on the 4th floor and she said the first night her neigbors next door were so loud she couldn'd sleep until 4: 00 a.m. She asked for a change of room but was told no room available. Nice place. It's by an old graveyard but not creepy. Breakfast is above average. Rooms are small. Bathroom you could not be a plus size person and use. But overall nice hotel for the money. Shuttle service is a VERY nice feature. They'll take you to the nearest subway station!

Great place to stay if you don't want the outrageous prices of Manhattan but still have easy access to Manhattan. Shuttle service to subway was very covenient and shuttle drivers are awesome. We booked this trip in August 2012 for a weekend getaway to New York City. This hotel suits the price conscious, no frills traveler. The main reason we picked this hotel was price, anticipated shuttle from La Guardia airport and shuttle service to the subway station from the hotel. We stayed over the weekend from 2-5 November 2012. We did not anticipate […] Hurricane Sandy which occurred earlier in the week. Our flights were operating so we decided proceed with our trip. Pros: La Guardia Airport Pick Up and Drop off (once per hour) Standard breakfast spread (waffles, pancakes, cereal, coffee, juices, fruit etc) Clean rooms (no frills) Vending machines for soda & snacks Cons: Very small bathroom The subway station which the shuttle takes guests to was not operating. We had to take the bus near the hotel (Q67). We waited minimum 1 hour each way (not very much fun in the cold and not sure when the bus will arrive) for the bus to take us to Queensboro Plaza subway station, which then took us into the city. It would have been nice if the shuttle bus driver took us to this subway station, however he refused. It was only 7 minutes away from the hotel. Disclaimer- I don’t normally take public transportation, thus it felt inconvenient. FYI- there is a large cemetery across the hotel (did not bother us). If you are looking for fancy accommodations, this might not be the place for you. If all subways and shuttle services were running, it would have made the stay much more pleasant. Read more

We had a room in G level with Loud noise of running water from the pipe in the wall, and no Internet connection from the room, you have to come to the front lobby to get the network connection. The shutter service was good.

The hotel does sit across the road from a very large old cemetery, and I wouldn't walk the streets at night BUT all in all it was a very nice hotel. Free parking and a very well lit parking lot.

I stayed here one night. I chose this hotel in part because of the on-site parking. I arrived in the city at 9 am but check in was not until 3, but the hotel let me park in their lot AND use the free shuttle to the subway that morning anyway. It will take you to the subway anytime you want and to get picked up you simply call the hotel, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the station. The breakfast was good, I've seen better and worse. There was a waffle maker and precooked warm egg patties and sausage, cereal, pastries, and yogurt. The room was clean and comfortable and large for what I expected that close to the city. I left at 11 pm Tuesday when checkout was at 12, they let me park there all day and use the free shuttle even tho my stay had concluded. No complaints. Read more

All in all it was good - nice room, tasty breakfasts with fruit, hot meal,donuts etc., free shuttle to the Subway station and LaGuardia airport. Only once per four days I waited for a shuttle longer than I would like to. Unfortunately WiFi almost did not work in my room but worked perfectly in the lobby. Nice people. Thank you!

Whe we arrived in our room it was very smelly and dirty. Daclled the front desk for assistance and he immediately moved me to a nice and immaculate room. Turned out that they has just shampooed the floor we first went to and that was what the lingering odor was. Overall rating a 4 and service a 5. It was a clean and relax hotel. It has a shuttle service to the subway station and it only takes five minutes. Nice breakfast to start your day. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean.
