I booked a weekend online through hotels.com !! The pictures of the rooms i based my accessment and on the online surveys!! When i pulled in the outside... through me as it is in disrepair but you can see they are working on renos!!! I also was prepared as other online reviews stated such!!! I called into the office as i arrived early and the staff accommodated me and let me check in an hour early and upgraded my suite to kingsize bed!!! I was more than thrilled with the room!! Newly renovated and soaker tub!!! So clean and fresh!!! Just beautiful!!! I have not been anywhere that is better for the price!!! I will always book there when i stay in chatham!!!!
