There for OFSAA Badminton. Staff was excellent (friendly and helpful) and hotel great for money. Location was convenient to all locations we needed. Breakfast was good choice of cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, fresh fruit & juices, just great for quick start in mornings. Staff very friendly, loved that they had a shuttle from the event to hotel. Room was a smoking room, so it smelled for a non-smoker. Hotel is on the tired side, but it was clean. :)

Friendly staff, pretty clean but old & re-done rooms. We were greeted with loud and heavy rock music so loud in the concourse that we had to raise our voices to talk to the staff. It was supposed to end within 5 minutes which I think it did but I consider that a poor reception. Beakfast was actually cold (pancakes) so we couldn't eat them with no other […] main choice for a main course which was frustrating being there for a volleyball tournament with early am games to play... Had to make other breakfast arrangements. Not an overly bad experience but for the money I can stay at a much better hotel 50' away. Beds were also very short, if you are over 5'9" you will hang off the bed. A good choice for $60, but anything mire than that I will stay elsewhere next time. Disappointing. Read more

The room was dirty when I arrived. It was very stuffy. When I mentioned to the staff about this they seemed unconcerned. The coffee in the an was as if they ran the same coffe through all in all no more travel lodge for me I stay in hotels 4 nights a week and was disappointed at this place

Good hotel reasonably priced and very clean. We were there for one night, the climate control unit was very noisy, we would have requested to move to another room if we were staying more than 1 night. Perhaps all units are the same though.

The travelodge was clean, and people were friendly. The travelodge was close to downtown. Chatham is a nice, cute town. It was our first time in your town, and we came to see the free concert at Tecumseh Park with "Hedley" with my daughter and my sister.

The staff were great but the parking lot was a disaster zone, one electric outlet in my room didn't work and there was a puddle next to the toilet the next morning when there was none the night before. Breakfast was decent and the juice was amazing.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Free breakfast was great, and though they didn't serve on Christmas morning, we woke up to find a bag of cookies hanging outside our door. Staff was warm and friendly, will definitely stay again!

a very reasonably priced room , well equipped , fridge micro wave , the location is good, but the surroundings are strictly utilitarian. the hot breakfast was complimentary with generous servings. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our three night stay.

We stayed here on the hottest day of the year. The hotel doesn't have a pool which was unfortunate. The room was comfortable and clean, with good quality shampoo and soaps, plenty of towels and glasses. The television appeared to be on its last legs and only offered basic cable, but we didn't really watch it much so that didn't matter. My only serious […] complaint was the sound of the air conditioning which seemed to come on with a bang and produced a loud machine noise. It did, however, keep the room nice and cool. The breakfast was good with lots of hot choices and morning papers to read. Leave the coffee to the Tim Horton's across the street. Read more

Overall this is a good hotel and I would recommend it, just remember it's a travelodge so don't expect fancy 5 star decor.
