"Another hotel"

I stayed four nights at the Elite Grand Hotel Norrkoping on business. The hotel is slightly on the basic side, but it met my needs with a comfortable bed and desk and a decent bathroom with good shower and toiletries. The room was a bit small, but nicely laid out and with ample closet space. The TV worked well and the wireless internet was fast and […] reliable, although I had to unplug a lamp to plug in anything. Breakfast (included) was good with lots of variety of hot and cold foods. The hotel has a great pub on site, the Bishops Arms, which features many dozens (maybe hundreds) of beers from around the world. All the hotel staff was great. Hotellet är rent men inte nyaste standard. Det sänker intrycket en del. Rummet var litet, som en garderob, men hade självklart allt man behöver. Frukosten var jag inte helt nöjd med. Saknade vissa inslag och frukostrummet var alldeles för litet. En av mina morgnar hade folk inte någonstans att sitta. De fick sitta vid bardisken i den närliggande puben. "Helt OK för vem som helst"
Hotellet var så som ett hotell skall vara. Det var rent, kanske lite väl tråkigt inredda rum, men helt ok. Frukosten var väl den som var bäst.. väldigt mycket att välja på. "Grand Hotel - nära till Centralstationen"
Tyvärr blev jag mycket missnöjd. ´Min upplevelse var att hotellet är gammalt och tråkigt. Det var stopp i avloppet i både dusch, tvättställ och toalett och frukostmatsalen var trist - påminde mest om en mörk skolmatsal - det var varken ljus eller blommor på borden och det som serverades var inget extra.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Vi kom sent till Norrköping! Vi undrade om det fanns något att äta på Hotellet :) Vist finns det. Bishops Arms, Så klart ligger i anknytning till Hotellet. "Elite Norrköping - Bra för affärsresan"
Jag bodde fyra nätter och förvånades över lugnet på hotellet. Bra frukost och jag gillade att ta en öl i solnedgången mot Motala Ström på Bishops som ligger i anslutning till hotellet. Överlag saknade jag servicekänslan i Norrköping, det var inte bara hotellet utan alla ställen jag var på (restauranger, bensinstationer, affärer). Kanske är jag bortskämd, […] men jag förväntar mig ett "hej" när man kommer in. Kulturell skillnad kanske :) Rummet var välplanerat, men lite "trångt". Gick dock alldeles utmärkt att jobba på rummet på kvällarna. Sängen var bra och minibaren hade kall dryck, nötter och någon chokladbit. Städningen av rummet sköttes exemplariskt. Enda egentliga nackdelen med hotellet var hissen, det tog ofta tid innan den kom (mycket trafik) och trapporna var avstängda våning 1-3 så jag kunde inte gå upp heller.
