Trots att hotellet är gammalt är det fräscht. Hotellfrukosten var dock en besvikelse. Upplägget var fint men det var inte ordentligt städat varken runt frukostbuffen eller borden/väggen. Grönsakerna var gamla, likaså den laktosfria youghurten. Om osten har torkat går det väl skära bort kanterna?! Synd att frukosten var en besvikelse för hotellet och […] Bishop Arms är toppen. Rummet fräscht men litet. Badrum under all kritik. Gick knappt att vända sig i rummet med dusch och toa. Vattnet rann ut i hela badrummet och vi välte glas som gick sönder - Så trångt var det. nBokningen lovade superior rum, lite lyxigare och badkar men det fanns inte

vi fick inte alls de rum vi hade bokat. rummen som vi bokat var superior och så väldigt fina ut på bilderna men det var långt ifrån de rummen vi fick. Gamla slitna rum med få bekvämligheter och dåligt städat.

Tyvärr blev jag mycket missnöjd. ´Min upplevelse var att hotellet är gammalt och tråkigt. Det var stopp i avloppet i både dusch, tvättställ och toalett och frukostmatsalen var trist - påminde mest om en mörk skolmatsal - det var varken ljus eller blommor på borden och det som serverades var inget extra.

Skön säng, trevligt med Ramlösa på rummet utan minibarskostnad. Trång, tråkig, sliten interiör, såväl lobby, hiss som rum. "Slafsig" frukost (söndag morgon), såväl det ätbara som personalens körande med vagnar etc, man fick hoppa ur vägen, de verkade ha missat "charmkursen" totalt.
