"Careful when booking!"
Had itinerary from Hotels.com that clearly showed two rooms booked! They only wanted to give us one! Not enough parking, too many little dogs barking all night. Also, no stove to cook just a little two-burner thing!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

No restaurants or shops that were of interest in the area. The surrounding towns are unfortunately poor.I would stay in Lenox the next time.We had no views at all from our room.The pool was overcrowded No maid service unless you scheduled and paid a $25 fee.We had to empty our own trash or would be charged an extra fee.Would not stay here again even […] though the scenery surrounding this area is beautiful but you can really stay in a more interesting town and see the scenery. "B unit at Vacation Village in the Berkshires"
All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this vacation village resort in the Berkshires. The kitchen in the "B" unit has limited counter space to prepare meals. Cabinet space for condiments, cereal, fresh vegetables etc. was also limited. A colander would have been useful. Maybe we'll try an "A" unit next time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This place is rated a 3 star resort. I would give it a 2 star rating at best. Rooms are very dated and in need of a face lift. Wallpaper pealing, Cracked floor tiles, loose toilet seat and shower doors that were falling off.The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from adjoining rooms and hallways. The indoor pool and hot tub were very dated […] and could use a good cleaning.The "resort" is not near any real sights as you need to drive a distance to eat or see any attractions. Ne nous méprenons pas... si cet établissement offre probablement ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de ski ou de randonnée en montagne, ce n'est pas un hôtel. Il n'y a pas de service, il faut faire sa vaisselle soi-même, on n'offre rien d'autre que la chambre. Qui plus est, la construction est en carton et on entend tout ce que peuvent faire ou raconter les […] voisins immédiats.
