"Needs maintenance"
The Topeka location we stayed in had carpet so dirty that we hardly wanted to remove our shoes. The room had an odor that we could not identify, but was not pleasant. The organization of amenities in the room made it difficult/inconvenient to use the coffee maker.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Im glad it was only for one night"
This hotel is in need of a major renovation; although a good first step would be a thorough cleaning. The place is extremely dirty: stained carpets in the halls, the lobby and in the rooms, trash and crumbs on the floor, and ripped and stained window coverings. If you decide to stay here, bring your expedia confirmation information. Room had not been cleaned, bed sheets had hair and blood stains on them. The hotel reeks of indian cooking and the public spaces are well over 90F in the summertime. The smoke detector was hanginf from the ceiling with the cords cut. There was a cigar in the shower and the towels were so worn you could see through them. As for the "free" breakfast...
