I made two reservations at this hotel, one to begin on August 23 and the other to begin on August 24--both to check out on Monday, 29th. I answered this review yesterday about the first reservation. There is no need to do the same again. It was an unsatisfactory stay at a hotel with little or no customer service--as far as out parties were concerned.
