"Very helpful english speaking staff"
We arrived around 7 AM from taking an overnight train, and the kind woman running the place let us into our rooms early! We just paid extra for the breakfast. "Casci Hotel in Florence"
We thought this hotel was excellent especially the friendliness of the family and staff who could not do enough to help us make the most of our short stay in Florence. The bedrooms are basic but very clean and the beds comfortable. we had a few days in Tuscany and when we got back into Florence with 5 hours before our flight and nowhere to leave our […] heavy cases as the left luggage at the station was not in operation l rang the hotel and asked if we could possibly leave our cases with them and l said of course we would pay but they said we were most welcome to do this and would not accept anything for it and also rang for a taxi to take us to the airport. "The sincere service that I had never had!"
