Emplacement absolument exceptionnel à moins de 10 mètres du Duomo !! Personnel très sympathique. Néanmoins la rue est très bruyante (logique nous sommes dans le centre de Florence) et il est parfois difficile de trouver le sommeil. La salle de bain est bien équipée mais la douche quelle horreur !!! Des coupures d'eau constantes, une eau qui devient […] froide ou brûlante sans que l'on puisse la régler...voilà un point que l'hôtel se doit vite de rectifier car cela est très très très pénible !! Literie de bonne qualité mais pourquoi les oreillers sont-ils tous différents ?? Nous étions trois dans la chambre et aucun de nous n'avez la même literie, bizzare...
