"Palazzo Ruspoli - B&B"
This is not a 3 star hotel, but a Bed & brakfast Hotel ... There is no bathroom in the room, which is miniscule. Upon reaching the hotel at 7 pm there was no receptionist at the hotel. I had to walk 500 meters to another hotel to get the keys to my room. Once inside of my apartment I realized that the conditions were different from the Hotel website, […] I returned to the hotel where I took the keys and complained to the front desk people because my booking was for a 3 star hotel.
