had a great time in Florence! Hotel staff was nice and helpful. 24hr service. best part was that it was a great location!! florence is small but close... walk to everything. great restaurants around there also- you have to walk the alley-like streets though. hotel room was very European- small, twin beds, shower-no tub. but totally met our needs as all we did was sleep there. by a Hotels.com guest on 11/07/11

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Hotellihuone oli hyvin vaatimaton ja karu. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä ja huoneemme sijaitsi neljännessä kerroksessa sokkeloisten käytävien ja jyrkkien portaiden päässä. Ison ja painavan matkalaukun kanssa ei tähän hotelliin kannata mennä.
