"darn and dank"
the location was ideal. the room was quaint. the bathroom...that was a stephen king horror story location I'm sure of it. the toilet was high up, the room was dimly lit, there was a HUGE mold stain on the ceiling and wall, and the shower stall was just that, a stall. "A bit noisy"
When I booked this hotel I didn't think about the noise in the area. I tried to sleep early the first evening of my stay. There was music playing quite loudly at a bar below my room and the bells from the tower of the duomo are also quite loud. The location is great, but since everything is walking distance downtown I would probably choose to stay closer […] to the train station next time where there isn't so much noise in the evening or maybe across the river. "二度と泊まりたくない"
駅にも観光スポットにも近く便利ですが、 質問しても最低限の応えしかかえってこなく、再度質問する気にはならない。部屋も清潔感が無く、シャワールームが無くシャワーの水はトイレ、ビデ、洗面台の床に撒き散らしになり、不潔感でいっぱいになる。後で、しばらく洗面台、トイレが使えなくなる。テレビも無い。ホテルの機能を備えていない。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Torftigt, enkelt, men perfekt läge"
Jag hade bokat ett singelrum, som jag alltid gör. Jag reser mycket och har hittils varhelst i världen jag befunnit mig fått fina, hyfsat stora singel rum. Mitt rum här, liknade mest en cell. + Ligging, zeer centraal gelegen met bezienswaardigeheden om loopafstand. (8 minuten lopen vanaf het station) + prijs, goedkoop 2 sterren hotel + personeel is vriendelijk en spreekt behoorlijk Engels +++ shopping & eten! Het centrum bestaat uit winkels, dure merken en over heel Florence kan je lekker eten & drinken. Houd de betere reisgids (recente […] druk) in de gaten voor tips. - kamer. De kamer is klein en aan onderhoud toe, in mijn geval een eigen douche maar geen eigen wc. (Ondanks dat mijn kamer aansluit op het dakterras met uitzicht op de Duomo wat weer een pluspuntje is, vraag bij het boeken om een kamer op de 6e etage(dakterras.)) - ontbijt. Afrader; droge broodjes met standaard jam en slechte koffie, bespaar je de moeite en ga lekker buiten de deur ontbijten. - kerkklokken; ze laten je niet met rust! Tip: Als je koffie besteld bij een trattoria betaal je minder als je blijft staan aan de bar, als je buiten op het terras plaatst neemt betaal je vaak wel het dubbele.
