We were pleased with Hotel Golf. An easy walk from the train station, and walking distance to the center of Florence. Everything was clean and nice, and... worked properly. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast (with table service) was good. We couldn't find the hotel at first because some of the numbers are out of sequence on the street, but the hotel is where it looks like it should be in the map. Our 2 night stay in Hotel Golf was very satisfying. Rooms were clean and large. bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Breakfast was delicious and there was cheese. Hotel was not at the historical center but it was 15 - 20 minutes walk. I would recommend to whose have car.

I stayed here with my parents and absolutely loved it! The A/C was superb, the breakfast was excellent, but didn't have eggs if that's what you're looking for, and the staff was uber helpful. Florence doesn't have a lot of options for parking, so having the secure free parking was a lifesaver. They even let me keep my car there the entire next day after […] I had already checked out. It is conveniently located a couple blocks from the train station and on the edge of downtown, so we were able to walk to everything. Highly recommended! Read more
