A great small luxury hotel. The hotel is wonderful with a great location! The registration/concierge was very helpful to us with any information or reservations that we requested. Stunning hotel in a superb location next to the Ponte Vecchio. On arrival, greeted by the manager and offered refreshments, while checking in. The manager also informed us that we had been upgraded to a better room. The room was on the sixth floor and on entering, we found a large spacious living room with a dining room table and kitchenette and a bedroom […] with plenty of space and both rooms led out on to a large balcony, overlooking the river and the famous bridge. "Wonderful family suite in a great location."
This is a wonderful option for families. Would definitely recommend booking the larger suite which, although they do not have a view of the river, are amazingly spacious for families. We even had two bathrooms - one for us and one for the kids - which we did not expect! The kitchenette was well equipped and perfect for family breakfast/lunch - eating […] out can be expensive. SMN駅から徒歩15分。アルノ川沿い。ヴェッキオ橋の袂。 フェラガモに対する親近感と好感度があがった。ホテルスタッフの対応が丁寧。 部屋は清潔で機能的。デザインもシンプルだがお洒落。ホテル１階に部屋ごとの呼び鈴のボタンがありレジデンスという感じ。 ○部屋の特徴 クローゼットが２人分ある。 ダイニングテーブルがあり、食事以外に地図やガイドブックを広げるのに便利。 バスタブがない部屋もあるというクチコミをどこかで読んだが、ちゃんとあった。 キッチンにコンロが２口。玄関のブレーカーをあげないと使えない。落ちたら嫌なので電子レンジと同時には使わなかった。食洗機もついているが使わなかった。食洗機用の洗剤がシンク下にあった。 カトラリーは一通りあるが箸はない。日本そばを持っていったのだが箸を忘れてしまったのでフォークで食べた。鍋は４種類ぐらいあったと思う。塩以外の調味料や食材はない。 エスプレッソマシーンはお湯が自動で止まらないので自分で止める。コーヒー、麦茶？、甘いカモミールのカプセルが用意されている。KUSMI TEAのティーパックも置いてある。 CDプレイヤーがある。 フロントでお願いすればFree […] wifiのIDとパスワードを設定してくれる。 スーパーはヴェッキオ橋を渡った左にConardというスーパーがあるので食材の調達に便利。 朝食は隣の姉妹ホテルのアートホテルでとると15€、部屋だと25€（だったと思う。）チェックイン時に決めるように言われた。エクスペディアで朝食付きのプランを予約したのに、朝食付きのプランはないと言われたので、印刷していった予約内容を見せたらアートホテルでの朝食は無料でいいと言われた。しかしチェックアウト時、予想はしていたが朝食代が請求されたのでまた同じことを話すことになったのには少しがっかりした。 １月１日の朝SMN駅から空港へのバスがなぜか運行していなかったので結局タクシーで空港へ行った。ホテルからタクシーに乗れば良かった。荷物込で23€の定額。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"ルンガルノスィート"
イタリア在住の方に聞きましたが現地では高級ホテルで有名らしいです。私達は40年に1度といわれた寒波にかさなって滞在しました。そのためミュンヘン―フローレンスのフライトがキャンセルとなり翌日の到着となりました。それと重なってlostbaggageとなり散々でした。 さて、通常のstudiotypeに一番お安いプランで宿泊しました(407)が2人には広さは十分でした。事前にバスタブ付き、禁煙をリクエストしておいたので(メールで)そのとおりになっていました(メールで返事があった)。キッチンも付いているとの事で40平方メートルで大丈夫か?と心配していましたが。室内も落ち着いた感じでモダンでした。 ただ残念だったのは電子レンジ(オーブン付き)の電子レンジ機能が壊れていたことです。面倒だったのでそのまま […] にしておきました。いえば何とかしてくれたかもしれません。あと、ドアの呼び鈴がないのでノックが聞こえない(中の人が寝ている)と最悪です。そのときはレセプションにいうと内線を鳴らしてくれます(何回もやりました)。 キッチンはフルキッチンです。食器洗い機の機能も良好。専用の洗剤があるのですが、1回分しかなく、商品名を言ってもなかなか通じないので空をレセプションに持っていって追加分をもらいました。包丁はパンきり包丁ですが、とてもよく切れるのでこれだけで十分です。なかったものはシャンパン、ワインキーパーです。レセプションにいうと貸してくれますがホテルで1本しかないとの事です。水は少しどぶくさいので野菜などを洗った後はミネラルウォーターですすぐことをお勧めします(そうしなかったらズッキーニの炒め物がドブくさくなった)。 食料の買出しは中央市場とその近くのsparにしましたが少し遠いので水は近くのお土産屋さんで調達しました。 スーパーマーケットは近くにはなさそうです。 あと、備品についてですが、スリッパ、バスローブはリクエストで出てきました(無料)。ドライヤー、シャンプー、シャワーソープ、石鹸、パーソナルトリートメント(たぶん香りつき液体石鹸)、綿棒、シャワーキャップはありましたが、トリートメント、歯磨きセット、化粧水等はありませんでしたのでlostbagaggeの私達にはちょっとつらかったです。ただ、洗濯物が乾かせるように暖かくなっている洗濯物干しが2箇所あったので着たきりすずめの私達にはとてもよかったです。 外の景色は隣のアートギャラリーホテルの窓が見えるだけでしたがいずれにせよ真冬の時期でしたので外を見てゆっくりする時間はありませんでした(16時～8時まで真っ暗)。 レセプション、ポーター、ベッドメーキングの方々はみんなとても親切です。帰りにトランクがないのでダンボールを２つほしいといったら1つしかなかったのにもかかわらず、なんとかもう一つ探し出してくれました。もちろんガムテープもくれました。 それに、ウッフィッチ美術館の予約をお願いしたらホテルリクエストだとすごく高くかかるけど(入場料の3倍以上！)この時期あすいているので8時半に行けば大丈夫だよといってくれました。すいていて予約の必要は全くありませんでした。 また、lostbagaggeなので空港の連絡先にどうなったがcheckしてほしいとお願いしたらほかに4人同じような方がいたのですがこまめに連絡してくれていました。毎日夕方に｢情報はなかったよ｣と教えてくれました。それから10時に帰りの迎えが来る予定と伝えると9時45分に通常来るからねと教えてくれました。 ここのホテルの方々は日本人並みのサービスだったと思います。 以上まとめると、とってもサービスのよい、高級コンドミニアムといったところでしょうか。自炊できることが大きなメリットだと思います(中央市場のおいしいクラテッロなどで部屋のみが思う存分出来ます)。 Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
