"En utrolig skuffende oplevelse"
Jeg har besøgt hotellet for ca. 10 år siden og var dengang meget tilfreds. Derfor kom jeg tilbage med tre yderligere gæster, men blev utrolig skuffet. Værelserne var slidte og beskidte - "fastgroet snavs", mangel på støvsugning og støvaftørring, der var store angreb af skimmel på badeværelserne, lugt af urin, vandtilførelsen var under al kritik, der […] var kun koldt vand den ene af de to dage vi var der, aircondition virkede stort set ikke og standard svaret var: "I'm sorry". Beliggenheden er super, men hotellets funktionelle standard utrolig dårlig. I launchen lå den mandlige del af det ældre ejerpar og var efter sigende meget syg (langtidssyg), han generede ingen, men det indebar at man end ikke overvejede at benytte launchen. Standarden af morgenmadsbuffet'en var under middel. Der blev på intet tidspunkt tilbudt nogen form for kompensation, ikke engang en kop kaffe, mens man ventede f.eks. på rengøring.
