"Poor reception spoiled the stay"
I've stayed here before and it was good with friendly and efficient service. This time definitely not! Booked a double and was allocated a twin, when I asked to be changed reception said I'd booked a twin and I was told I wouldn't be changed unless I could prove it! "walls thin...."

Stilen i rommene er fine. TV en er bra, Ikke internett og det koster kr 150,- for 24 timer. minus. ok og komme fra heathrow flyplass. omradet er ok. det er lidt mye banking pa doren at ting skal fikses og sann for kjellig nar en bor der.
