There was a cockroach in my room, air conditioning was not working, and the mini refrigirator was missing. Towels did not look cery clean. Toilet flush kept on leakign. Staff was very unfriendly. They could not find my reservation durign check in and asked me to prove my room was indeed prepaid during check out. Hotel plutôt bien. Wifi dans les chambres aléatoire. Le personnel est accueillant et fait ce qu'il peut avec le sourire. La moquette du couloir du 2ième étage a fait son temps. Ecran de télé minuscule dans les chambres.Genuine Expedia guest review

arrivée à l'hotel : cet hotel annule les résa à 16h00 si vous n'êtes pas là alors que les avions arrivent de POG vers 19h00 et de Paris à peu prè-s à la même heure. bizarre !!!!! et pas terrible l'accueil au desk : entre nul et très nul; employés d'une lenteur jamais vue - ne leur posez pas de questions, elles ne savent pas ! et cela ralentirait encore […] plus les opérations du desk. 1h30 un dimanche soir de queue pour récupérer la clef de chambre avec 3 employés, pour 21 personnes arrivant ! incroyable de nullité. demandez un peignoir dans votre chambre : ilmet 20 minutes à arriver. la piscine : fermez les yeux sur sa propreté - la douche des sanitaires hommes de la piscine : incroyable pour un hotel de ce niveau. globalement, on ne sent pas d'efforts fait pour la clientèle, mais malheureusement, il y a peu d'hotels donc peu de concurrence ! et le prix 200 E la nuit avec petit dej - pour ceux qui foiont les pays du golfe persique, vous allez avoir peur....... mais aspect positif, il n'y a pas de bruit la nuit, on dors bien.
