"I will not go back again!"
The reception area was very small and the evening clerk was very busy and not very cooperative - there should have been two at checkin. The rooms were very small and looked like they were pre-fab! The bathroom was very small and cramped! The tv in one of our rooms didn't work. The air conditioning in one of our rooms did not work - always cold! There […] were no telephones! "Very dissapointed!"
Not happy with this experience at all! Check in hours VERY limited: between 9-11 am and 5-9pm. There was nowhere to store our stuff until 5pm so we had to carry our stuff into town with us all day. Receptionist was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. There was a cold front that came through so the room was freezing at night and even though we and other […] guests asked for heat they wouldn´t (or couldn´t) turn it on because it was the end of May and they "don´t do that". As a travel agent I have stayed at many hotels, but this ranks among the worst hotel experiences I´ve ever had.
