Generally a lovely tranquil setting with a pretty garden and decent sized rooms with attractive decor. Delightful main lounge. Staff were very welcoming,... friendly and helpful. Food quality at dinner was very good and very good choice of wines. People walking in room above our room [4], was at times very loud. Bathroom could do with a fresh coat of paint and shower water went over floor. Breakfast, if you are staying any length of time is repetitive and kept luke warm if you are eating later in the setting. Recommmend you go for fresh cooked items. by a Hotels.com guest on 10/08/12
