First night continual dripping or pipework tap tapping noise. Next morning asked for room change and given one without any bother. Excellent level of service. A little bit further from the bus terminal than we thought but still within walking distance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Hotel if a little bit dated"
Stayed at this hotel for five nights.Situated in a good location at the back of St Helier.Whilst the hotel may have been refurbished in the past two years it has not been brought up to modern day standards.There is only one lift which is located at one end of the hotel.You face a route march to get to your room along corridors which have a series of […] steps and slopes with creeking floorboards to boot.Would hate to try and find a way out in an emergency.There is no swimming pool if you want one you have to go to the sister hotel 500metres away.The room we had was very well appointed with a comfortable bed extremley clean with tea and coffee making facilities in room,the downside was the shower which had no pressure whatsoever and was totally useless.The reception staff were very good and the food in both the resteraunt and the bar were excellent.The breakfast in the morning was buffet stye but again was of the highest stardard and the service impecable.In our opinion the hotel is of a very good stardard but not on par with other hotels that we have previosley stayed in in Jersey Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
