The staff was super friendly, and the room was really clean. Continental breakfast was great. Only negative was that the hotel was right by the train tracks so it was a little loud.

I would call this a motel, not a hotel. And it was a great motel. When I first pulled up, i was apprehensive because it doesn't look to be in a good part of town. But once I checked in, I felt safe and the cleanliness and comfort of the room made it a good experience. For a no-frills place (no pool, spa, fitness room, etc)., it had some nice room features […] - a disposable TV remote cover, free wifi, ironing board & iron, plus the usual toiletry items and coffee pot. Everything was quite adequate. All employers were helpful and quite friendly. Didn't like the close proximity of the trains that seemed to run continuous all night and blow their whistles.

Easy to locate as you head southeast from Goshen. Plenty of parking if you don't mind the RV transports. Hot breakfast was very tasty. Rooms are very comfortable but a bit noisy if on side facing rural highway. The towels were a pleasant surprise compaired to other hotels. They were thick, absorbant, plentiful. The room was a little dated, but very clean. The bath towels were thick and very nice. Our phone didn't work and maintenance came with a new one within five minutes. The breakfast area was a little small, but the food was exactly as expected. Can't say enough about the personnel. All were very friendly and helpful.

Motel was nice, worth the price. Breakfast buffet was nice, staff was friendly. Neighborhood not the best, however was ok. Only complaint was that the AC was old, it did cool, but could have worked a little better. We would stay there again.

The only real problem we had with the room was that it was extremely humid. Turning up the A/C removed the dampness, but then made it too cold. Continental breakfast was average. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have good thoughts when I think of Best Western. This hotel turned out to be plenty nice and clean. The hotel is well maintained although it was an older hotel. The area for the continental breakfast was small, but I enjoyed the stay. This was a good experience.
