"Lamentable"
Un hotel qui ne merite pas du tout ses 3 etoiles, a 170€ la nuit c'est une honte de proposer un tel service. Il faudrait sincerement tout refaire dans cet hotel qui a vraiment l'air abandonné. Du personnel vraiment incompetent, des chambres sales, enfin c'est une catastrophe je ne le conseil vraiment pas du tout.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Séjour très moyen"
Pour commencer notre séjour nous sommes arrivés le soir dans la chambre attribuée, pas de chauffage, chambre glaciale! Les employés sont venus essayé de le réparer pendant plus de 1h, en vain. Changement de chambre puis re changement le lendemain car elle était réservée... Pas de lit double, embétant pour un couple. Tapisserie qui se decolle, très vieux […] mobilier, TV qui saute (TNT). Mur très fin, nous entendions un peu trop bien nos voisins. Le personnel ne faisait pas professionnel. Petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité et si l'on arrive un peu tard il ne reste pas grand chose.
