Hotel was very nice, great location, staff were wonderful. Food in the attached bar/dining room was excellent and staff were very friendly and gave us excellent advice. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. The only problem was the air conditioning was not working and did not get fixed during our 2 day stay. Also we were not told the air conditioning […] was not working at time of check in. We had to keep our balcony door open all night to keep cool and therefore sleeping was difficult due to the traffic noise. Clean and just next to the port; about 1.5 mile walk to the old town but there are quite a few cafes and restaurants in the vicinity if that's what you're after.

Air condtioning broken we were told after checking in, with repair planned 2 days later. Breeze in the evening off the water kept it reasonably cool with the balcony door opened but a little noisy. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä, hyvin englanninkielen taitoista. Aamupala oli jokseenkin yksinkertainen, mutta riittävä. Huoneen siisteys ok, mutta äänieristys viereisiin huoneisiin heikko. Sijainti kulkuyhteyksiin nähden erinomainen. Hotellissa todella rauhallista, johtui ehkä että sesonki oli vasta alkamassa.

Because I was travelling to other pleces with bus this was very good for that purpose. The bus from airport arrived to bus station, which is just 400 meters from the hotel. And then again, when I took another bus to Mostar, I could just walk to the bus station.
