This should be a four star. Well kept, well managed, clean and comfortable. Rooms on first floor have large patios. Good breakfast. Nice people. Two... minutes walk to the buses and then six or seven minutes to Old Town. Anything closer much more expensive and no better. Downsides are enemic air conditioning but better than most, and no refrigerators in the rooms. With the heat, it is nice to keep cold drinks. This is nice hotel, with a very good staff, serving an excellent breakfast. If you have a car, it has an excellent garage. However, it is NOT near the Old City. You either have a long walk (30-45 minutes) or a pretty quick $2 bus ride. If you are driving a car, don't even think about taking it near the Old City. Great hotel.we had seaview apartment on 4th floor. Very large room with balcony overlooking Gruz harbour.You could watch all the boats and cruise ships coming in and out. The staff are great and we enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast. The new pool area is lovely and I believe a pool bar is due to open shortly. 台所がついているので、近くのスーパー（歩いてて５分位のところにあるKONZUM)で買い出しして、ちょっとした料理を作れるので便利です。お皿、フォーク、鍋もついています（包丁はありません）。朝食は１Fのカフェで食べれます。あつあつの卵料理を作ってくれます（料金込み）。おばさんは話し好きで面白いです。夜（レストラン）はありません。小さいですが、プールも利用できます（無料）。プールサイドにバスタオルも準備されています。また、部屋でインターネットは問題なく使えました。フロントに言えばユーザ名とパスワードを発行してくれます。朝８時よりも前にチェックアウトする場合は、前日に精算をする必要があります。４時半と早朝でしたが、フロントのおじさんがドアを開けて待っていて、外まで見送りをしてくれたのがうれしかった […] 。旧市街へは、新港（ホテルペトカ前）からバスに乗るのが便利です。乗り場のところに旅行会社があるので、バスチケットや、バスも利用できるドブロヴニクカードなどが購入できます。 Read more
