Wonderful, family-run, thirteen room hotel, Beautiful, comfortable rooms, Good European breakfast in a picture perfect tiny breakfast room. Parking not free and not on site, but close by, buses 20 min. into the old city with stops nearby. Owner and family very helpful and eager to please. Enjoyed our stay and would go back.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms looked new and modern and the bed was comfy, bathroom new and clean. It was priced perfectly for that overnight stay we needed to catch the early morning flight... but here's the issue. For a hotel that will primarily get people wanting to stay to catch a flight the next day, they should offer complimentary […] shuttle service to the airport. They told us there was a shuttle, which in the US usually means complimentary when they are close to an airport, but they charged us for it! Also - our flight was very early - prior to the start of their shuttle service and the taxi charge to go the 3km to the airport was 20 euro so you may want to take that into consideration in your budgeting. This was a very nice place to rest our heads to catch an early flight the next morning. The room was on par with most places in Italy and was very clean. It is located about 5km away from the airport, but in an actual residential neighborhood. Very nice, kids playing outside, no signs of trouble. I know this shouldn't have much bearing on the rating, but the TV was probably 10" and didn't have a single English speaking channel. There isn't much to do in the local neighborhood after dinnertime (the local restaurant was incredible, BTW), and the WiFi didn't work in the room we were staying in, which made it difficult to kill time. A simple, clean, no-frills hotel in a residential neighborhood that is very convenient to Fiumicino airport. Free parking was a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful and there were a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

This was a great place--clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. It is located in an apartment building and there is no sign, just a small gold plate by the mailbox. Make sure you map it well. There was an airport shuttle for 6 Euro pp or a taxi for up to 3 was 15 Euro. Great breakfast over many hours. Would recommend.

Cute place, very close to Fiumicino Airport in Rome. The rooms are big and fully equipped with a kitchenette. Good for travelers who want to stay a few days and save money on food by cooking their own meals. Wi Fi is free but it does not work in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby to access the internet.

The rooms have air conditioning and free wifi, a fridge, stove top, dishes, pots and pans, which makes it great for a longer stay, or a short trip that is trying to adhere to a budget. The hotel is close to the airport, and it only cost 12 euros to take a shuttle from the hotel to Rome, which the staff will schedule for you at your request. Our group of 6 found this hotel to be very accommodating: large rooms with fully equipped kitchens, not too far from the center of town with it's many restaurants, and in a quiet neighborhood. This "residence" motel is very close to FCO Rome's airport. It looks like a non-descript building from the outside on an obscure street. But it was the largest room we had in Italy, complete with a kitchen. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Walking distance to the beach was longer than anticipated, but when it's hot and sunny and there is no shade, it's a long, warm walk (about 1 1/4 miles each way). Proximity to airport makes this hotel very convenient. Shuttle ride is 6 euros. Rooms are large by european standards. Clean and up to date. Kitchenette was in both rooms I stayed in. This was a wonderful place to stay close to the Rome airport. We had a very early flight and wanted to be close so as to avoid morning traffic in town.
