Rooms are clean and fairly spacious. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and is mid to low scale residential, not commercial (but there are lots of barking dogs). Overhead jets are occasionally very loud, but this is not a problem after 10-11 pm or so. Staff was very helpful. Standard continental breakfast included. Shuttle van (6 euros) from the airport […] to the hotel is very difficult to find outside Terminal 3, and is shared with other hotels, so it may fill up leaving you stranded with taxi as the only other option. The website said free shuttle to the airport Not so and when we called at 11am to have the shuttle get us at the airport we were told to get a cab. The breakfast buffet is marginal. In quality. The cleaning lady was outstanding. The door key needs instructions -- it is tricky, especially to the jet lagged.

We got into Rome very late the night we stayed here but thankfully they had a night staff who was very welcome. The breakfast was simple but still yummy in the Italian way. The only issue was the shuttle bus to the airport was very late. Thank God we didnt have an early flight out.

We chose this hotel to be close to the airport. Took a Taxi to hotel and then found out that the the shutle "Hotel Shuttle" van went to the hotel. We used the shuttle back to the airport and it was less than half what the taxi cost. The room was very simply decorated and came equipped with a kitchen. We used it to cook dinner and everything worked well. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel location was great for an early morning flight departure.

closed to rome airp.,good for an overnight stay ,located in the middle of a residential area , the hotel shuttle to the hotel is imposseble to find ,so you have to take a taxi and pay 20 euros for a 10-15 min trip,but the shuttle from the hotel to the airp is very good only 5 euros good bkfst included

Be ready to spend 30-40 Euros by taxi(the more reasonable white colored ones) to get here from FCO, just a few km. from the airport, as the hotel has ONE transfer to there at 3:45PM. "I" took a bus from near Terminal 3 (less than 2 Euros)and had quite an adventure as the drivers didn't know which bus to take or where this place was. There are roadside […] ads but no qualifiers(e.g "2 blocks away on right"). Getting off the bus the locals didn't know where it was either, though it turned out to be a 2 blocks away from a roadside ad THERE(and I WAS asking in Italian).The desk suggested the area/streets is new...The only other points is that the rooms are not resistant to sound coming from the walkway outside, so late arriving guests may wake you. Also, the clerk collected a 2 Euro "city tax" upon departure(at 4 am). Overall, if the hotel does not improve it's access to transfers, one may want to consider applying the 60-80 Euros for taxis to an airport hotel on site or one that has a shuttle. Read more

Good Location, good people, very good room with kitchen, balcony in residential area. Areas of improvement could be a) to carry tea bags as there was no way to make hot tea. The coffee machine only makes lemon tea apart from cappaccino, etc... Overall breakfast was not very good. Very Good Apt Type Hotel on a quiet neighborhood street convenient to restaurants, grocery store, coffee and wine bars. They went out of their way to assist me with transportation on a for hire shuttle service to the airport and to Rome City Center. The ristorante they recommended was a small nice neighborhood one run by a family with "grandmother" […] in the kitchen cooking along with her daughter and grandson! Not a Tourist place but a good local place with excellent fresh food! The only negatives were that I didn't know the shuttle didn't operate to or from the Airport between 1pm-4pm so I had to take a taxi to the hotel and the driver dropped me off on the wrong street! The other negative was construction work being done that didn't allow me to take a nap when I arrived or the next day when my wife arrived. The service, free breakfast, and willingness to let us check out late to take advantage of a later shuttle to Rome more than made up for the negatives. The room was very spacious, with a huge bathroom. I was able to take a bath, which was quite a treat after traveling for 25 days and having access to showers only. The hotel was clean and easily accessible to the nearby airport. It also provided a continental breakfast.

The only issue I had was an early flight to FCO and the shuttle that they offer for $6 Euros a person per trip starts running after 6am and I had to pay for a Taxi also when I arrived at FCO about 1pm couldnt get a shuttle […] to pick me up from FCO until after 4pm so paid for Taxi's both ways from FCO to hotel I found a taxi that would take me for $20 Euro considering some wanted $60 Euro it was not bad when I arranged a taxi to pick me up from Hotel in the morning to take me to FCO the staff stated it would be $15 Euro and the Taxi driver tried to charge me $30 Euro I told him all I had was $20 Euro so be careful with the Taxi's they will charge what they want to charge but overall everything worked out and the breakfast bar they have was also a larger selection than the other hotels i have stayed at they had donuts as well as crossaints and yogurt, pie, toast, cereal, pastries and coffee juice milk so overall if you are looking for a hotel close to FCO I would recommend it try and plan around there shuttle schedules they also offer shuttles to take you into Rome. This is not really a hotel but a "residence" designed for 1-4 week stays. Each room has a kitchen area. We had an unexpected night in Rome due to flight delays and found this at the last minute. The room was clean. The reception was fine. Breakfast was typical continental- met our expectations Shuttle got us to the hotel and to the airport with no problem. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance. The shower is quite small, but worked ok. Our only problem was that it was a little hard to find when we first drove there. There is no […] sign you can see from the street, and it doesn't really look like a hotel. The street is a small side street. We trusted in the address and the GPS and found the small name on the entrance. We would stay there again. If you were going to stay longer term, it is pretty well stocked with kitchen utensils etc and a full size refrig. During our first stay, we realized that we would be traveling to our next destination using only carry-on bags, and they held on to my ppocketknife and my wife's scissors until we came back through for no charge. They helped us track down the hotel and gave us very good directions using public transit so that we were able to meet our friends (and get our bags). is in a very convenient location to the airport, 3 km, so it makes for a good last night stay before flying out. However, this is a residence inn, as well as an apartment residence that rents available units in order to fill empty rooms. The rooms are newly furbished, clean, with mini-kitchens and plenty of space. The building is well maintained and […] the staff helpful. There is a breakfast that matches the normal hotel fare in Italy. The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood, not a tourist destination, and is clean. The average tourist might be put off by the electric driveway gates, the bars over doors and windows, the double deadbolt locks on the doors, but the cars in the neighborhood are generally new and well kept. The real secret of this place is the Black Sheep restaurant which is about two blocks from the hotel and run by a family. The fare is real family Italian, no frills, but plentiful, and cooked by the grandmother, served by the daughters, sons, and granddaughter. The meal lasted two 1/2 hours, was one of the memorable experiences of our 18 days in Italy, and well worth the fact that the hotel lies in one approach to the airport-don't worry, they stop at 11:00, so you can get a well deserved and secure sleep. We took a taxi, but don't let them charge more than the usual 50-60 euro range from the train station in Rome. Not for everybody, but for those looking for a different Roman experience, very entertaining. Read more
