First of all the front desk lady Melissa was not helpful, she was very rude. We stayed here for a night because we thought this hotel was close to the airport but we ended up paying more than 14 euros to be transported to the airport. The condition and maintenance of the hotel is horrible. The water was cold, the bed was uncomfortable, they had old […] towels and the heater didn't work. The information on Hotels.com website does not, in any way, represent this hotel. There is no bar/lounge. The common area for wi-fi is the lobby which is a 10x12 room with the recepionist's desk and a sagging love seat. There are no restaurants near by. It is a residential neighborhood with no sidewalks. "Middle of nowhere."
Shuttle service from airport was at 4pm only could not wait all day so took a cab which cost 20 euro even though it was only 5 mins away. The phone in the room was not working & there was no money exchange. Location was very inconvenient & amenities were none.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"What a dump"
Air conditioning did not work. Almost could not exit the room next morning to catch our flight since the door handle was loose and almost fell off. "Spent the night sweating not sleeping"
They had a timer set on the AC that only allowed it to run for about 10-15 minutes. The lowest setting was 19 degrees celsius, ( most allow 16). The stupid air had to be turned back on, luckily with a remote constantly. I got a combined sleep of about 2 hours. "not so jolie"
The room we had was extremely dated, neighborhood was run down and dirty. Their idea of breakfast included was pathetic. The only good part of this stay was that it is within minutes of the Fumicino airport. "Jag skulle inte återvända"
Första rummet jag fick var ostädat. Personalen pratade inte engelska. Frukosten var slut och det fanns ingen påfyllning. Personalen kunde inte hjälpa till med en karta över hotellets område. Rummet jag sov i hade urinstänkar på toalettetten, ej fungerande tv eller ac. Jag blev klockan 6 väckt av lågt förbiflygande flygplan.
