It was unfortunate for me to have chosen this hotel. I chose it because it had the Marriott Courtyard name in it, and this usually means that it must have a certain quality level that's good enough for any savvy traveler. My arrival into the poor hotel was a bit later than midnight, really bad to begin with. The hotel's shuttle runs until 10PM, forcing […] me to pay a 20€ taxi ride - quite outrageous for a 7 minute ride. As soon as I came in the lobby, an awful smell of humidity came out of the halls, worrying me sick that the entire place would smell like it. At the moment, there were only two clerks checking in guests with a really bad attitude. It took them 20 minutes to check me in in quite a bad mood! Then handing me my room key without instruction where the room was. When I finally got back to the room, I opened the door and the smell of humidity came out, pretty bad... The room looked clean but the carpet was hideous, as well as the bathroom, where I saw something like looked like fungus in every corner (black stuff). I saw trails of hair everywhere and the smell didn't help. It was a very bad hotel. The next morning I woke up at 7am to go back to the airport and the shuttle, which costs 6€ for one-way was delayed, this hotel is NOT to a Marriott level and I'll be writing a complaint to the HQ soon. I recently visited Naples for business, and decided to finish out the week in Rome. The city is beautiful and fun, but my hotel room in the city was hot and the staff was not so good. So I decided to spend my last night in the Marriott at Fiuchimo to get GOOD service. I took the train to the airport, and had trouble finding the shuttle. I just missed […] the 21.00 shuttle, so had to wait for the 22.00 shuttle. Had to pay 6 Euro for the trouble. Tried to take a cab but they wanted 15 Euro, and I wasn't having it. Overall it was a good stay, but I wish the shuttle came more often, was easier to find, and didn't cost 6 Euro. I would stay here again. Directions to the shuttle. Exit the airport on the arrivals (lower) level and go right. Keep walking until you hit a bus bay with numbered spots. Courtyard Marriott's spots are 19/20. They charge the 6 Euro to your room, so don't worry if you don't have it on you. Read more

The shuttle service is not very convienient. Almost impossible to find the pick up spot at the Rome Airport, and a very long walk from the arrival terminal. They charge 6 Euro each way. The taxi is only 8 Euro, more convienient and faster. The check in service is slow. The check-in staff could be more customer friendly. A reservation at an airport hotel is NOT convenient if you arrive after 10pm. It was such a hassle to secure a taxi to drive 3.5km to the hotel. All the 'white' taxi's in the queue only want to go into Rome so you have to secure an unmetered taxi. The unmetered taxi drivers want 40 euros to drive you 3.5km.......disgusting. It took me much effort and […] time to reduce the price to 20 euros. The hotel should always have a shuttle available to discourage this behavior. Read more

Not super close to the airport; it's a 10 to 15 minute ride. Also, while they have an airport shuttle, it only runs until 10 p.m. and they CHARGE 6 euros per person. This is a new hotel near the FCO airport that caters to Americans that seem to be leaving from the airport. It is modern styling and has a shuttle bus that makes the transfers easy. It is relatively expensive, especially for the industrial area that it sits in, with a charge for everything. For example, 12euro/24 hours for internet, 6euro/one way on […] the shuttle. If you a little adventurous, take a walk through the gritty area into the fishing port and have a much less expensive drink and dinner in a sidewalk cafe. Everything you need from an airport hotel, shuttle bus (6 euros = 10 mins from terminals), 24 hour reception (also 24 hour snack bar at reception, no mini bar in rooms), clean and comfy room, felt secure. Free wifi and cable connection to internet.

Bom Hotel para quem está de passagem por Roma ou a negócios, pois, fica a 5 minutos do aeroporto. A única coisa que não gostei foi que começaram a cobrar €6, 00 pelo ônibus que pega o hóspede no aeroporto, pois, quase nenhum hotel no mundo cobra, fora isso não justifica pela distância o valor. No mais compensa.

L'hotel è molto carino, confortevole e con servizi all'altezza della catena marriott, tuttavia si trova in una zona periferica della città di Roma, nella quale non vi è un buon servizio di collegamenti con il centro. Infatti, vicino alla struttura non vi sono nè fermate di autobus di linea , nè della ferrovia, nè della metropolitana. L'unico modo per […] raggiungerre Roma, a parte gli onerosissimi taxi ( 50, 55 euro, solo andata!), è costituito dal servizio di navetta alberghiero. Esso ha un costo di 6 euro a tratta per la nuova fiera (da cui dista davvero pochi Km) e 14 euro a tratta per piazza venezia (vicinanze). Tuttavia le navette hanno orari di partenza assai distanziati e il che rende l'hotel un pò scomodo per gli spostamenti. Read more
