The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.

"Godt familiehotel"

Desværre løb hotellet efter 2 dage tør for flere forskellige typer drinks. meldingen var, at de først ville få dem igen næste år. En tjener smed med stolene i restauranten, da han kom op at diskuterer med en gæst om manglende plads til hans familie ved et bord, der var konsekvent spærret af for en fjerde del af restauranten hver dag. "Perfekt avkoppling med bra service"
Mycket service minded personal, alla alltid trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellträdgården trevlig, då det inte endast erbjöds poolområde, utan även gräsmattor och träd. Väldigt sympatiskt system, där du endast betalade pant för tennisrack och liknande, sedan var det gratis att nyttja. Barnklubben internationell, dvs ej på svenska, men med otroligt engagerade […] ledare, så vår 6-årige, svensktalande son kunde delta vid flera tillfällen. Klubben gratis. Maten fräsch och god, dock inte lika stort utbud vid varje måltid som vi sett på andra hotell. Två saker att notera är att hissarna funkar uselt, vilket påverkar ett 14-våningars hotell, samt att de inte har rökfria rum. "Et dejligt sted for hele familien."
Jeg havde en dejlig ferie med familien. Med det helt store udvalg i forskellige retter til de forskellige måltider. Har man kræsne bør, som jeg, er det super. Rengøring og nye håndklæder hver dag. Smilende personale. Vi var der imens det var høj solskin og varmt. Hvordan det vil være i regn og blæst, kan jeg ikke sige noget om. Hotel tonga er et rigtig velholdt all inclusive hotel, som dog bærer præg af nogle år på bagen. Men der er rent og pænt overalt. God service på hele hotellet. Hotellet har 14 etager, hvor der i stueplanet er reception, resturant og bar..Udenfor findes et dejligt poolområde bold & tenisbaner.
