Hotelli sijaitsee Sharjahissa ( ei Dubai) moottoritien vieressä (ei yli- tai alikulkua lähellä) ympärillä teollisuusalue , lähin metroasema n. 7km päässä. Eli aina taksi alle , jos haluat päästä liikkumaan johonkin. Viereinen ostoskeskus melko vaatimaton. Eli varaudu huomattaviin lisäkuluihin jos tarkoitus viipyä pitempään sekä liikkua myös Dubain puolelle. […] Hotelli siisti, uima-allas osasto pieni, mutta hyvin hoidettu, aamiainen ok. Kuljetus rannalle aamuisin, siitä +. Huoneet yhdistettävissä väliovella eli kaikki äänet kuuluvat (puhe, televisio, kuorsaus yms.) naapuriin EI HYVÄ ,jos olet vähänkin herkkäuninen, samoin viereisen moskeijan rukouskutsu herättää mukavasti aamuisin klo 05.19 . Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Moschee, kann als störend empfunden werden. Personal an der Rezeption teilweise unqualifiziert, spricht nicht ausreichend Englisch, daher Unannehmlichkeiten bzgl. der Zahlung. Hoteleigenes Restaurant wenig besucht, Kellnerin - bei unserem Aufenthalt - neu, wenig Ahnung von der Speisekarte, wenig Englisch, […] Schwierigkeiten bei Bezahlung per Kreditkarte. "Anklaget for tyveri"
Hotellet var meget fint, meget rent, lækker morgenbuffet - på den måde var kvaliteten i top. Vi tilbragte tre nætter på hotellet, og var meget imponeret af hotellets standard, da vi ankom. Dog trak det hele oplevelsen ned i særdelshed, da vi sidste dag blev anklaget for at have taget et af hotellets håndklæder samt byttet dele af indholdet i minibaren […] ud med varer fra et lokalt supermarked, med det angivelige formål at spare penge. Vi var mildest talt chokeret over anklagerne, da anklagerne var helt urimelige og især fordi personalet håndterede situationen meget dårligt og fastholdte deres mistanke. Manageren blev tilkaldt og efter lang tids samtale mellem ham og os - og manageren og receptionisterne - blev vi "sat fri". Dette var ikke et særligt rart indtryk af hotellet.
