"Dingy, Dirty, OK Service"
The room and hallway carpets were dingy and worn out. We found a few beer bottle caps on the floor and on the nightstand. The hot tub needs to be scrubbed; there was a ring of dirt around the inside lip. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Staff was friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Best Western Plus Canal Winchester Inn"
We found the rooms to be in need of a thorough cleaning. Rugs in hallways and stairways were filty and the rug in the room was not much better. The free breakfast was almost inedible. In fact after the first morning we ate elsewhere. Where was the "PLUS"? Definitely not worth the cost.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
