This is a motel that is the classic two floor, all doors on a central courtyard facing the pool concept. The biggest plus was the cleanliness. The... greatest minus was the other guests having loud discussions in the wee hours of the morning, so would that count as bad soundproofing? I found it typical of the motel concept and I would stay there again as the prices are usually quarter to half other places nearby. It is 6 miles to Chatham, 4.5 miles to the National Seashore, there are several small shopping centers within a half-mile and some very nice restaurants withing walking distance. by Karl L from Northern Massachusetts on 05/24/10
