The heart of the city, Stare Mesto's historic buildings are splendidly preserved. The focal point is the cobbled main square, on which stand the Jan Hus Monument, the Old Town Hall and its astronomical clock, and the Gothic spires of Our Lady of Tyn. Linking the Old Town with Mala Strana is the Charles Bridge with its gallery of saintly statues.

First the A/C didn't work and I reported it but all they could do was work on it the next day. But the next day once I had returned the A/C still didn't work, the only saving grace was that it cooled down at night. The hotel floor smelled like cigarette smoke, as did the room I stayed in. The bench at the foot of the bed and the curtain had cigarette […] burn(s). The room was not very clean. Spider webs in the corners and running from ceiling to the wall in a couple places. The cheap plastic shower screen had dry blood on it. Mold was growing in the shower area and on the shower screen. Only the shower head worked which left no way to fill the tub. The hotel was close to downtown but the area was trashy. I would not recommend this "4 star" hotel to anyone. I would rate it at a 2 star or maybe a low 3 star but not a 4 star. "No hot water!!!"
Stayed for 5 days and for 4 of those days there was no hot water (tepid at best). Complaints received only the response that according to their computer system everything was ok! Further complaints resulted in comments such as "it's the same for everybody", "we can't do anything about it" and "it's holiday time so there are no plumbers".Genuine Expedia guest review

alt var super godt indtil vi bedte hotellet ringe efter en taxa til os, da vi skulle tilbage til lufthavnen. De sagde at alt var helt i orden, men det var ikke en rigtig taxa der kom - det var istedet en hotel-taxa. den kostede næsten det dobbelte af en almindelig taxa.
