Clean and nice. Very comfortable, lots of plilows, European style bedding. Even tough Hotel.com said breakfast was not included, they included it. The concierge was particularly helpful with little problems I had. She was quite fluent in English and German, and seemed to be there long hours. The dinner restaurant was actually quite nice and reasonably […] priced though apparently not terribly popular. I liked the salad bar and appetizers that came with the dinner. The bar was open till 1 AM with good food available. I had to leave at 4 AM the morning I left, and the cab was watiing. There weren't a whole lot of English channels on the TV, but maybe that was Prague. The one thing that surprised me was how high the tub was off the floor. It was a long step down. The location was right at a metro, two stops from downtown concert theatres. There wasn't much close to the hotel, but the subway was just pennies to anywhere. "Mediocre conference hotel"
The surcharge for executive rooms isn't worth the money. Internet connection frequently didn't work, and the signal strength in the room was very bad. The breakfast was mediocre. Ubicato un po' lontano dal centro vicino ad un cimitero (raggiungibile pero' facilmente con la metropolitana accanto all'hotel). Stanze un po' vintage ma silenziose. Bagni in ordine, anche se i dosatori per lo shampoo al posto delle boccettine non si addicono ad un 4 stelle. "Don Giovanni is een mooi hotel, service is echter ver beneden peil."
Don Giovanni is een mooi hotel maar vooral van de buitenkant..service is niet goed te noemen. Internetverbinding deed het vrijwel nooit; kamers werden wel netjes opgemaakt maar om de onverklaarbare reden verdwenen er items uit onze mini bar! Dit is nooit opgehelderd door het management, en heb hier niet voor hoeven te betalen. Op de laatste dag van […] het verblijf ben ik kostbaarheden kwijtgeraakt uit de kamer terwijl deze goed afgesloten was. Ook hier heeft men geen verklaring voor gehad en werd mij verteld dat de bewijslast maar bij mij lag. Ik heb hierdoor een bijzondere zure nasmaak overgehouden aan mijn verblijf. Qua ligging is het zeker 5-10 min. met de metro vanaf station Zelivskeho maar deze rijdt na middernacht niet meer waardoor je op een dure taxi bent aangewezen. Eten was redelijk tot goed te noemen. Kamer was erg klein, en geen bad aanwezig maar slechts een miniscule douche met met name tussen 7-9 uur s avonds en s ochtends weinig waterdruk en enkle koud tot lauw water. Dit hotel is absoluut geen aanrader meer te noemen, tijdens mijn laatste bezoek ik 1998 was het onder ander management en van een totaal andere klasse dan de overprijsde staat waarin het nu verkeert.
