Overall our stay was pleasant. The security staff and bellmen were extremely helpful and insightful. Despite the few stains on the carpet and insidede the showers, the room was comfortable and didn't smell of neglect. We didn't receive our access card to enter the pool area as promised but luckily the beach was just a few mins away.

Our stay was good, the condo was very neat and a lot of space. The area is great, North of Collins and Miami Beach. The price through Hotels.com was great. The only negative about the condo was the fact that we did not get daily housekeeping services and we had to buy our own toilet paper. Each bathroom had one roll and that was it. I asked housekeeping […] that was in the hallway with a cart full of supplies, BUT they referred me to the management office. I ended up buying a bag of tissue for all my 4-guest. Additionally, there was a few spotted roaches (2 or 3), I don't like bugs however, most ppl out there said its normal. Overall, the condo and community is nice, I would consider a stay there again when I visit Miami. I will just make sure I have tissue and bug spray. Read more

Hotel is more like a rental apartment. There is no room service but you do have a fully functional kitchen with all need cooking utensils . IVE GOT A PLEASENT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, ROOMS CONFORTABLES VERY CLEAN, THE BEDS ARE SMALL AND IT HAD AN EXTRA SOFA BED. FULL KITCHEN, ONLY FOR 4 PX, WE WERE 6 WE HAD TO SHARE. BATH WAS OK. NICE VIEW TO THE RIVER.

It was more like a timeshare. Most of the building was leased out. We had to use valet parking every time, not convenient. The concierge was not helpful in answering our questions and she was using her cell phone- no, no while on the job in my book! Rooms were very nice!

Well located and very confortable. Easy beach access. The only problem is the 4pm check in. When you get to Miami early in the morning, as this is a condo, you don't have any place to leave the bags or go to the bathroom.

I was worried before we get there as after reserving the place I read a few negative comments. None of the reviews I read was true, the place was perfectly clean and fresh painted, all the building. Everything was in place to the minor details. We rented the place for two nights, it had plenty of amenities and excellent free WiFi service. The only two problems would have been a/c unit a little too noisy and check in time 1600 hrs. and check out time 1000 hrs. too late to check in and too early to check out. We actually wanted to stay in the South Beach area, but because the prices were so high for the long weekend, we chose to stay here. It was about 20 minutes from south beach and had a nice beach in front of it if you wanted to stay local. The good part was that there were no additional fees for parking. The only fee was a $25 fee for additional towels […] and turnover, if you needed them. The room came with 3 towels, so we were able to manage. The room was also equipt with a full kitchen and laundry unit, which was awesome since we were able to dry off our towels and suits from going to the beach. The hotell was in a rather good condition and it was satisfying that you could use the gym and the grill. Also that yuo had aircondition in the apartment. When we came, the pool had a quite nice temperature, but it became a bit colder in the end of our stay.

Hotellets läge var super. var verkligen en superlägenhet. Däremot så förstår jag inte hur ni/dom tänkte att vi skulle på plats. Vi hade bokat rum för 6 personer. Det fanns en bäddsoffa och en dubbelsäng. Så det fattades två sängar:( Så två personer fick sova på golvet vilket inte uppskattades:(

Se trata de apartamentos amueblados (creo que cada apartamento está amoblado diferente). El nuestro (710) tenía una decoración sobria y agradable. Cuenta con buenos electrodomésticos, aunque le falta un poco de mantenimiento (canillas que gotean, extractor muy ruidoso). La limpieza dejó que desear (manchas en la pared, uñas de pasajeros anteriores en […] el piso del balcón, etc.). Están un poco desorganizados. Al ingresar te dejan un sobre con las llaves en la vigilancia. Por otro lado, nunca me cobraron el plus por limpieza (faltaba más!) y hasta me reintegraron U$ 25 por no haber usado la pileta (de hecho nunca me habían entregado la tarjeta de acceso). Aconsejo pedir los pisos más altos o los que dan a la bahía, aunque con vista a la autopista también es agradable, pero algo ruidoso. Hay restaurantes cerca. Es importante dejar el auto para el valet parking, ya que si uno lo estaciona directamente, es posible que se lo lleve la grúa, ya que este edificio tiene muchos apartamentos particulares con sus cocheras respectivas. Intracoastal Yacht Club är ett prisvärt boende med bra läge. Notera att det inte är ett hotell utan man bor i ett lägenhetskomplex bland vanliga bofasta. Det företag som hyr ut lägenheter för "hotellvistelse" har ett litet kontor inhyst i en lägenhet på 4:e våningen dit man kan vända sig vid ev problem. Ingen direkt in- el utcheckning utan man får nyckel […] och kort av vakten vid infarten och lämnar det där vid avresa.Vi är 2 vuxna oxh tre barn i familjen och hyrde en "3 bedroom" lägenhet som var väldigt rymlig och hade allt som behövs vad gäller köksutrustning, hårtork, extra badlakan, tvättmaskin mm. Det finns en liten mataffär på området med ett starkt begränsat sortiment. Det är värt att gå/åka till en riktig mataffären ett kvarter bort. Vill man shoppa kläder och annat så tar det bara 10 minuter till Aventura Shopping Mall. För bad finns hotellets pool och jacuzzi. Det senare varm och skön och den första mycket kall. Det är också gångavstånd ner till Sunny Islands Beach. Vid poolen finns ett par grillar som man får låna. Trevligt! För att komma in till pool och fitness center behöver man ett ID-card. Vårt fungerade inte men efter några vänder till vaktmästare så fick vi ett nytt. Read more

Para quem procura um tipo de apart hotel o intracoastal é excelente. Não há serviços de quarto, pois funciona um condomínio de prédios. No entanto o apartamento é bem estruturado e tem tudo que vc precisa para uma curta estadia, fiquei 1 semana nele. Existem muitos brasileiros morando lá, a piscina e a academia são ótimas.
