The hotel is very nice and one of the best ones in Aqaba. However, it is a little aged and could use some updating here and there. The pool area is... nice, but quite a walk from the main building (across the street in an overpass). The beach is nice and well kept. The rooms are well appointed and the free mini bar and impressive TV Channel selection made a great impression. Also, the toiletry items are high quality (Dead Sea Products) However, the cleanliness was questionable, as I found hair in the bathroom, and big dust balls in the corners of the room. The bathtub was chipped and the shower hose broken which led to water spraying throughout the bathroom. There are numerous restaurants at the hotel, but it turned out that the menus are almost identical in all of them. At the breakfast buffet there were so many people that it was nearly impossible to find a table and get the food you actually wanted. All this aside, the overall impression of the hotel is a good one. Friendly staff, warm welcome, nice grounds. I would go back! by a Hotels.com guest on 07/14/10
